Hello guys note 1kg white Qorma Recipe For Home Cooking..
Beef/Mutton..1kg
Onion.375g ڈیڑھ پائو
Coocking Oil...150ml
Cloves ....8
Black paper..10-12
Cinnamon stick...3
Cumin seed....Half tb spn
star enies....2 smal
Green Cardamom.5
Ginger+Garlic...2 tbl spn
Yugert...250g ایک پاوُ
Black paper powder..half tbl spn
Salt to taste
White Paper Powder.half tbl spn
Add water for Tenderise to meat 1.5 ltr
then your meat well tender add
Cream 100ml or half Quarter pack if you want mor Gravy you can add full packet or cream.
Garnish with ginger jolians and enjoy with your beloved family and remember us in your pray.

اج ہم نے وائٹ چکن قورمہ بنایا بہت ٹیسی بنا بناتے تو ہم بھی ایسے ہیں لیکن اپکا پیاز بوائل کرکے پانی نکال لینا اور ہم پیاز کا پانی ضائع نہیں کرتے تھے باقی سارا سیم واقع بہت ہی ٹیسٹی بنا شکریا اتنی اچھی طرح ریسی پی سمجھ اتی ہے
