The vehicle one confused me. GTA 4 does not have unmarked cruisers, with the FIB Buffalo being the closest comparison. GTA 4s NOOSE Tank isn’t part of the Police, it’s property of the National Office Of Security Emforcement (NOOSE). In GTA 4, the police do not normally use Patriots, the NOOSE use them, despite them being driven by normal cops. In GTA 5, The Riot is a NOOSE vehicle.
All those LCPD and LSPD patrol cars getting jumbled at the finish line reminds me of the ending cutscene of Need For Speed Most Wanted (2005) where a good number of police interceptors crash, burn, and fall into a river as the drawbridge ramps raise
