I think it is awesome that you guys kept so many of the original things that the original owners worked so hard and passionately to create...most people these days don’t care much about history...they would just tear it out and start over....you guys have a cool rig!!

You run into the coolest abodes and people living in them, what a great adventure you’re having and so happy for you. Clarence was a master. His wife Helga an artist in her own right, and I’m sure Clarence’s rock through all of this. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’d ask Clarence if he could do this or that and he’d go to the drawing board and make it happen. This is the first time I actually enjoyed watching an owner go around the outside of their moving abode and explain the majority of what goes on and what makes it run, and the storage etc., very cool. What a FIND you two stumbled on! It's fantastic. And you two seem like the perfect new owners to carry on the legacy of the builder and his wife. I bet their grandkids are delighted knowing that you both have put so much love into maintaining and restoring their family treasure. Good on ya! I hope you keep it as an accessory dwelling (if you do return to sticks and bricks), perhaps an Air BnB, for many years to come. ;- )
U can make anything in a convection oven, that U can in a regular oven; broil, BAKE, toast, etc., & they’re small & pretty inexpensive, I love mine! Great bus, great nostalgia!!!👍🏻✌🏼
He was one of my middle schools returning substitute teachers. He was great! Everyone really liked him, super kind and charismatic. He subbed for my homeroom/gym teacher a lot. I finally decided to actually look for him, after I had gotten away from that middle school mindset…
That's an awesome home, if you ever get a chance I recomended rt66, we have taken our kids across country a few times and have done rt 66 from OKC to Flag and love it, so much that we have done it 5 times and plan to do it again this summer.

A lot of young people ask me this, the same thing. Once in the past, you should find work, house, and have raised a family. Now in 2008+2020, you will work, get layoff? If you have to relocate? Move out of town, or states, so an RV, Van, or Bus, Motor Home is a plus. Millennium, College grad, you just don't know where? Find work, or towns, Or like to see more places. We old people do it now, travels, in RV.
