Although my comment is a bit late (by 5 months), I like the ten things that you have shared about Kitale town. Most prominent to me, just as you have given it first place in your presentation, is the wonderful reality that Kitale is a "cosmopolitan and diverse town" and that one who settles there is not treated and does not feel like an outsider. To give just one strong example in support of that fact, during the 2007/8 post-election violence, Kitale remained peaceful in spite of being a major town in the Rift Valley region of Kenya, some parts of which experienced much violence. I enjoyed it much when I lived there and I enjoy it whenever I visit. Again, God bless you for sharing with us the facts about Kitale.
That’s not true the water goes off sometimes for a few hours but I love it my family lives there and I love the nights because it’s so quiet when I want to be free from the crazy life in America I go home to Kitale,Kenya
