Sounds like a cross between Deadringer, Alice Cooper, and ZZ Top. Yes, kind of like Dokken, but the vocals are nowhere close to theirs, quite unique. Am guessing the song about the Russians invading Germany, something similar to the wars we went through for our independence? Never heard of this group before, seems like a rare one. Can't find mp3s of it on Amazon and such. Why the video is silent after 4 minutes probably because of the video editor used, not sure, but great song nonetheless. Mostly a Swiss band it seems. You can find them on the German Wikipedia, just have to copy and paste into Google+ Translate for those who know English only for the most part.
