At this point, I think JYP should have new rules:
If he came back again to see any TWICE members or any members of any JYP group the police should be contacted.
Why? He might be planning to kidnap her or something.
Second, if he does get to communicate with TWICE or Nayeon let his interaction with her or them be watched by security, meaning that he can't talk to them privately.
He won't get to communicate with them, there's an active restraining order against him and other legal procedures in the works should he ever attempt to physically meet them again. Nayeon also has a police smart watch (other Twice members also have the offer if they feel the need) which means they have a direct line to police and are under constant police protection. Also please don't watch videoes like this because it's giving him attention and could possibly provoke him (which is what has happened any time someone has made similar videoes or attempted to talk to him, regardless of if it's been a calm or a harsh conversation)
