I bought a land this year starting to build my first vacation home or AIBNB .. that’s where I’m starting from I appreciate the effort and your motivation.. it’s not always about ourselves but our family they deserve a legacy atleast we owe it to them and our society..

TH-cam wealth is not what I am after, what I am after is widening my network so that I am able to do more deals in more locations to scale my operation from $15,000,000 in assets to $100,000,000 in the next 7 years. I want to meet motivated, positive people while inspiring some on the way. It's unfortunate that you correlate youtubers with get rich quick schemers but it's the nature of the platform I guess. Currently I employ 400+ people in 5 countries (majority in NY). I am 36 years old and started at the tender age of 14. The issue here is that you can't fathom that a person who is in the "magical position" of being wealthy does very normal things. Yes I follow grant cardone, yes I comment on youtube comments. I occasionally eat McDonalds, Hotdogs, and Pizza too. The issue here is your thinking is way too small and you lack self worth so your default is to assume anyone engaging in the same activities as you must be a loser because that is what you think of yourself. I actually feel sorry for you and hope you get past this block that you have. If you have any questions regarding real estate investing or business I would definitely offer you the best advice that I can because as I mentioned before I actually enjoy this and hope more people can do the same.
