Hey y'all! Add this super cute poke cake to your Easter celebration this year! It will feed a crowd and everyone will love it! And even better...it's super easy to throw together!!

EASTER POKE CAKE:
1 box white cake mix (make according to package directions)
2 boxes cheesecake instant pudding (3.4 oz boxes)
3 1/2 cups milk
1 container cool whip (8 oz)
Food coloring
Sprinkles
Mix up the cake according to the package directions. Divide equally into 4 bowls and add food coloring. Spray 9x13 pan and drop the different colored cake mix into pan and then swirl with a toothpick. Bake according to box directions. Let cool for 10 minutes and then poke holes in cake. *DON'T POKE ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF THE CAKE* Let cake cool completely. Once cake is cool, mix the pudding mix and milk (don't use as much milk as the box says). Pour the pudding mix slowly over the cake, making sure to get it into the holes you poked. Make sure that you pour it before it sets up so that it actually goes into the holes. Put in fridge until the pudding is completely set. Add the cool whip to the top and then add sprinkles. Keep leftovers in the fridge.
