Yes
So not trying to be a douche because this guy is way above my skill level but for a Sett Jungler to not start slapping champions until the 8 minute marker.....seems kinda counter productive.
in solo Queue its not good but in pro play there are different Rules/metas/playstyles than normal
In-game video quality is bad, only 40 fps looks too much laggy
