Sip a cup of coffee or beverage of choice and enjoy the sheer destruction of reverse construction. Southgate office building located in Bloomington MN was demolished over past couple years. A slow process requiring mechanical separation of building materials in order to recycle them properly. The end result is incredible. Thousands upon thousands of tons of Class 5 aggregate material or recycled concrete class 5 used generally for roadway bases.
