    People have taken me for granted because im a very quite person but have a loving heart and kind when people allow me too, people dont know me because they dont open the door and seek, because of this i have learnt to see theses people and there charaters i dont want in my life Im smarter than they think. When people enter your life ask the hard questions before you let them in and see there reactions. And there you'll see them loud and clear.

    You were spot on Robbie. They do not know me at all. Most have no idea just how intelligent I truly am. They mistook my quietness for weakness. The quiet ones are the ones you need to watch out for. When you least expect it. 😉

      Very often, when people are surprised, they appear to misunderstand what is happening, or to misjudge the surprising person in their midst; only because they do not know how - or do not (consciously) possess the resources - to deal with novel energy, in the moment: Habitual responses are a makeshift cope, while a deeper part of them, undismayed, is recognizing and attempting, more gradually, to adapt.

    As a Libra man.
    I saw a nice looking girl at the grocery store & I approached her, she instantly gave me her phone number. We started meeting, she will come to my place, we cook together & eat together. I wasn’t thirsty at all, but then she started with the sneaky acts. Then i told her she can’t be trusted, I quit talking to her & delete her number. She thought just because am quiet, that she can use me.
    It easy for libras to know when something right or wrong is going on.

    Yeah, I could be toxic and cruel like a lot of the people I've had to deal with in life. But that is not who I am, and unfortunately for me, that irritates people. I realize that hurt people hurt people. So, in the past, I allowed people to get away with hurting me. Not anymore. Thanks for the reading. Take care.

    17:38 Its notable the phrase "respect your authority" was used to describe a wolf pack. "They do, like, respect your authority." Its good that you, as a reader, were clear about what you feel or sense is expected of a wolf pack - respecting the designated authority.
    (A wolf pack being something that a lot of people desire to be a part of.)

    • @Astroman333
      @Astroman333  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @secretlifeofa1926 I believe we need to respect who is leading in whatever form that may be. Otherwise, as individuals, we will never be good leaders. We need to learn how follows directives before you can give them. If we can't follow the chain of command, then we can never be in command.
      In saying that, this is something I've learned over time. Until we can follow directives, we can't be trusted to give them. What we demonstrate is what we teach others. The truth is some people want control, but they forget it's not about control it's about demonstrating how to lead.
      People never follow misguided leaders because they don't actually know what they are doing and can not demonstrate good behaviour and the skills needed to lead.
      So responsibility, the ability to listen, self correct, develop oneself, show empathy, and put your foot down are really important. Rome wasn't built in a day, and the best leaders have struggled and always find their pack.

    • @secretlifeofa1926
      @secretlifeofa1926 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Astroman333 The thing is, people actually do follow misguided leaders. Bear, that happens. (I think of you more as a bear than a wolf, that's why I called you bear.)
      People follow unfit leaders often.
      I'm going to re read what you said cause I know you've made some important illustrations, but I may not fully understand what you mean.

    • @secretlifeofa1926
      @secretlifeofa1926 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Astroman333and yeah, from a structured, almost military perspective, what you've said makes sense though.

    • @Astroman333
      @Astroman333  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @secretlifeofa1926 A bear, that's so interesting. Can I ask why you picked that animal ?
      I can elaborate further. To be a leader, we need to know how to follow directives and take accountability for ourselves before we can take accountability for others. If we can't follow a directive, we do not have the skills and structure nessecary to lead others.
      Leaders have to answer to someone above them. They have to justify their actions and decisions. When you're leading, you are constantly taking responsibility for the actions of others. Knowing how to follow directives teaches us to take responsibility for how we decide to follow the directive given.
      We can't lead if we don't understand what the expectations are for others and how it feels to have to follow those expectations. A person who can't follow directives and direction is not fit to delegate directives to others. They do not have the responsibility and structures needed to lead successfully.
      Leaders demonstrate what leadership looks like. They are overseeing everyone in their cohort and are responsible for everyone in their environment. It's hard to lead if you've never had to follow. It is also difficult to know what following a directive successfully looks like without having followed one.
      I'm just writing this stuff off the top of my head. I have very individual thoughts on leadership and what is needed to be a successful leader.
      THOSE THAT CAN'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD NOT BE GIVING THEM. THEY ARE NOT FIT TO DO SO. THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED AND ARE MISGUIDED.
      Spiritually speaking, we are constantly following intuitive guidelines and guidance. We are following what we are guided to do, which means we are following orders. The universe gifts those who do their biding. We are required to what our intuition is telling us .
      The only time I disregard a directive is when it goes against my values, and I feel it will hurt others or cause issues that can be avoided. I've always known how to follow orders. What I've had to learn the last 5 years is how to give them with conviction and justify my judgement. Parts of the time im justifying my own judgement to myself by examining my reasoning behind taking a specific course of action. Whatever that may be. If I can not find a legitimate reason, then my judgement was not justifiable. Then, I need to re-analyse and find a different way.
      Also, leaders speak with everyone. They see how to best meet the needs of everyone. You ask questions, accept feedback, understand that others can be right, you listen, think about what roles best suit everyone, where are they needed, brainstorm how to get the best outcomes, use everyone's expertise, include everyone in decision-making as much as possible, make it collaborative and negotiable in certain instances. Most importantly, trust the right people. A leader is only as good as the team that surrounds them and who they associate with.

    • @Astroman333
      @Astroman333  หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @secretlifeofa1926 My mum used to call our family a "unit." we all had a role, and I was expected to successfully do my role in her absence with no mistakes or problems. She had a very strict but free way of doing things. If you could follow directives, she could trust you on your own or in her absence, so I got more freedom.

    • @Astroman333
      @Astroman333  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @AlaniaVest As humans, we all have a duty to serve others in some way, shape, or form. The role of serving is universal.
      The issue is that some people do not appreciate serving others and are more concerned with serving themselves at the cost of others. Some people can be very selfish, self entitled, and driven purely for immediate extrinsic satisfaction.
      They exploit others to gain what they perceive as satisfying and do this with a disregard of how it is gained. Their own needs outweigh the needs of others.
      This is why it is so important to understand where the cut-off point is and where the line in the sand gets drawn. We all need to gauge where it starts and where it ends. This means disconnecting, walking away, and withdrawing from people who use you as ploy to serve their own interests.
      Being trapped is an illusion unless imprisonment by the court of law is the case. We all allow ourselves to be trapped for reasons only we can answer. You can only serve others in correlation with serving yourself.
      I can understand not wanting to use others. I'm exactly the same. I feel really uncomfortable asking for favours or asking for help. Because I'm so independent if it feels very uncomfortable to me. So I try to avoid it as much as possible. But I understand what you mean. We've all felt like we've been used. When we can empathise with others by knowing how that feels, it encourages us to not want others to feel how we have felt.
