I just want to say, SM (the company) is the powerhouse of the BEST VOCALISTS. They tend to do a lot of experimental songs, but they do have a lot of R&B songs as well and it's amazing. For EXO, I think you'll like the song called "Tempo".

I've been asking u to react to EXO.. Baekhyun is one of the main vocalists of Exo. You should react to them.. You'll be surprised for sure..
Baekhyun's 4th solo album and title track is called "Bambi" for multiple reasons. One reason is because one of Baekhyun's nicknames he has been given by some of his fans is Bambi. Fans say he looks cute like a doe-eyed deer. This album is meant to be a gift for fans because he was about to enlisting in the military and he wanted to give us something to keep us company while he is away for 18 months serving his country.
However, the song is more about the fact that Bambi refers to "night rain" as you see he talks about in the lyrics -- it's a play on words in Korean -- Bam as in night and bi as in rain.
And in English, Bambi refers to a woman with long legs -- and that is where the name for the Disney character comes from -- which is also the nickname of the character/woman Baekhyun is talking about in the song. :D However, the song has very little, if anything, to do with the Disney movie -- the cute little deer with the same name, isn't really even connected to the song. (In western pop culture the name Bambi is given to female characters in novels and movies because it is used as a metaphor for her sexual appeal and appearance. That is why Disney chose that name for the deer in their story because it was a play on the fact that Bambi has long legs and big doe-eyes like a voluptuous woman. :D So Baekhyun is not talking about a deer in the song, but he is using it as a nickname for the woman he is singing about.)
As a member of EXO, Baekhyun's superpower is the ability to control light. So, it is thought that what you see happening in the tunnel isn't supposed to be fireworks, but it's supposed to be the explosion of light bulbs, etc. because his passion -- as manifested through his epic high note -- makes him lose control of his powers, etc.
I think Tinkerbell in the lyrics is supposed to be a reference to the fact that she is a little fairy that is often represented by the twinkle of light, which is also a metaphor for how he sees the woman he is singing about. Like a fairy, the woman lights up his life. Which, if you want to connect it to EXO's storyline, also could be a reference to the heart of the Tree of Life, as well as EXO's fans, EXO-Ls. (EXO has a song called "Peter Pan," where it can be interpreted as the EXO members are Peter and EXO-Ls are TInkerbell.)
The woman in EXO's songs is often thought to be a metaphor and physical representation of the Tree of Life. That is why the members are always trying to save the girl or protect her, or they talk about being controlled by the power of the woman or they are worried about their passion destroying her, etc. It's EXO's job to protect the Tree of Life from the Red Force. EXO was sent to Earth on a mission to finding the two halves of the tree and reuniting them in order to restore peace in the world. The two halves of the tree -- EXO-K (Korean) represents one half and EXO-M (Mandarin Chinese) represents the other half -- were originally separated in order to keep the Red Force from gaining control. However, now, in order to fix all the things that are going wrong in the world, EXO needs to defeat the Red Force and find where the two halves of the tree have been hidden.
So on that note, I think that the train theme is somehow connected to SuperM's/EXO's storyline, however, I am not sure how yet. All I know is that, we see SuperM in a subway train in their "100" MV, we see aespa also in a subway train in their debut "Black Mamba" MV and we see SHINee in an old train station in their "Don't Call Me" MV. We even see Kai on train tracks in his "Film: Kai" solo debut teaser video during his "Amnesia" section of the video and people on a subway train platform as it transitions to his song "Mmmh." And before that we saw Key from SHINee in a subway train in his solo debut song "One of Those Nights." And if we go back even further, you see EXO on train tracks in their "Love Me Right" MV and EXO-CBX (which Baekhyun is also a member of) on train tracks in their "Horololo" MV, etc.
And because Baekhyun is the leader of SuperM and a member of EXO, that usually means it's connected to SM's Universe.
Fun fact: Baekhyun isn't even part of the dance line in EXO, and when he first debuted he wasn't known for his dancing. However, as you can see, he has now become one of the members who is recognized for his dancing, as well as his vocals. And the EXO members say, he is now the quickest out of all of them to memorize the choreography.

EXO is a group with 9 equally talented members. I hope that you'll react to their music too. Their title tracks are amazing but their side tracks/b-sides are hidden gems. I recommend, Sweet Lies, Baby Don't Cry , Paradise and Oohlalala.

everyone knows that SM never lose about their vocalist. and as for baekhyun, he's literally one of the best in the game bro. it's been acknowledged by the industries (u can search lot of his live vocals performance in youtube). he's one of my fav vocalist ever, his voice can easily recognized bcs his tone colour. and let's move to exo. bro, EXO? KINGS! been an exol for 7 years now, already went twice to their concert (2018 & 2019). once i got into the fandom, i could never ever find another groups like exo (there's def sooo much talented group rn, but for me exo still be my num 1). if u talk about exo, u def got a nice taste of music. they serve various genre of music, but mainly pop, rnb, ballad. and every EXO's album, literally e v e r y s o n g r just masterpiece. i hardly found " a no skip album " but as for exo, i can't skip any song. THEIR B-SIDE TRACK r even perfecttttt. their japanese release also great. i suggest u gotta dive deep into exo for real. EXO's are one of the biggest group in 3rd gen beside BTS and Seventeen. these 3 groups are just talented af, and def another groups which still in the industries also talented

I started going down the Kpop rabbit hole about two years ago and I never was interested before because I thought it was all pop music. I was mistaken and so glad I opened my mind. I’m a senior and talk to other seniors that have had their minds opened by the Kpop world. Still blown away by the quality and variety of genres. On my list of mind blowing songs: BTS solo projects- RM “Joke”, Suga aka Agust D “Agust D “mv, Agust D Daechwita (sp?), JHope’s “Arson” and “More”. If you liked Baekhyun’s Bambi, check out “All I’ve Got” and “Cry for Love”. His vocals are insane. My idol that I’m crazy about is Taemin. He is one of the best dancers and entertainers of the Kpop world. He is in a group called Shinee, then his solo career and then also in Super M. The best Kpop dancers besides BTS are Taemin, Kai, Ten, Taeyoung, Jackson Wang, Wang Yibo, and Rain. There is lots more but those are off the top of my head. There are great vocalist. Not in the Kpop category but the best singer in the world is Dimash. His songs SOS, Stranger, Opera 2, and Ave Maria will leave you speechless, no words. It’s like a whole new world opened up for me. During the pandemic, my first Kpop was listening to BTS and they saved me. Their lyrics of hope were uplifting. I’m glad I opened that door.
