Sir ,I am from Tvm and belongs to Latin rite. This information regarding appointment of a laity as finance head.I have no information regarding this. In Latin parish , committee members are formed and each. activity has to get approval from the PP. & Corresponding committee head are also in the Bishop house.Most of the activity are generated from the Bishop house priests and subsequently forwarded to parishes.The wrier was in one of the unit leader and has goven some assignments to work out and it was very difficult to come in line with true dealing.Finaly i abandoned and the leadership and now only participate in mass and adoration.🙏
