Hemmers Gym The Netherland Kickboxing Training on a regular morning in Breda, The Netherlands. Hemmers Gym has existed for almost 40 years. Founded by Cor Hemmers and now owned by Nick Hemmers, it is one of the most famous kickboxing Gyms in the world. Hemmers Gym has delivered top-level athletes in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and `MMA for decades. Fighters such as Ramon Dekkers, Alistair Overeem, Bas Rutten, Marat Grigorian, and many more are well-known in those Martial Arts.
On a regular morning session, the groups are more experienced. From c-class to pro fighters can join those training sessions.
Many athletes from abroad came over to join and learn the Hemmers training system, based on Dutch kickboxing with Muay Thai influence.
Hemmers Gym offers train for groups, individuals, pros, amateurs, seniors, juniors, ladies, and men. Hemmers Gym is accessible to everyone.
