    what sort of diet I should take daily to control my asthma, which is right my birth.
    My food habit are like this: Morning I will have tea and after one and hour I will have Ragi jawa then with same gap I will mostly 3 Idlis and again with same gap I will have Ensure.

    Sorry 2 say sir not only neck pain people, every one who perform this should not move head or body even 1 inch, if we perform anulomvilom with rapid speed with in short period hair problems might occur, i saw many people who did like this unfortunately they faced grey hair, so always perform slowely, after suryanamaskar we can perform this pranayama.
