The thing I always appreciate about your ASMR is how slow you go, you really like to take your time, no rush, the kindness of your touch and how you look to enjoy it. You know how to make me fall asleep comfortably.
I have been having that problem lately where I wake up every 1-2 hours during the night, really bad. I watched a couple of your videos last night before bed and then put my earbuds in and started this video and went to bed. I finally got a good solid 8 hour uninterrupted sleep. Thank you Alana, you're a great sleep therapist.

I used to put earbuds in but be carful. I got chronic tinnitus from listening to too much asmr with headphones. Now i dont sleep hardly any night due to the condition and asmr caused the bloody thing.
