Hardhat Dive Suit Inflation

An inexperienced diver is placed in a hard hat diving suit as apart of a navy exercise.
Unfortunately for him, the pump valve gets stuck open. Without the knowledge on how to purge the air from the suit. The poor diver blows up in his rubber suit and bobs around on the top of the water helplessly until his navy friends come to his "rescue"
