Thanks I made this with a little tweaks and it turned out wowwww! Here are the tweaks: 1. I made the filling with tomato sauce instead of tomato puree. That's gives a more beautiful colour. And I skipped salt as sauce already has salt. 2. I added enough water for a good consistency not just 2 teaspoon. More like 3-4 splash of water. So I simmered it longer than 4 mins. I think it was around 10 mins and it turned out to be perfect. 3. Instead of mayo and sauce in the base, to make it extra spicy I added schwezwan chutney+sauce on the base. That made it into a nice chilly roll! 4. To make the parantha, I mixed 1 cup of maida, 0.5 cup atta, oil and water and made a dough. I rolled into a round Parantha and then on medium flame roasted it lightly on both sides on a tawa. After that added oil to both sides and roasted both sides till brown spots appeared. It's important to do this on medium-high flame so that the parantha is soft. Hope this helps someone!
