Nice job. I did wonder with the Advisors, were they ALL white people? You kind of went by fast with them there and just wondering, because if so, that's pretty poor form. Other than that, it looks great though. Thank you!

Just checked them and out of the 10, half are white but 6 are female overall with diversity within each group:) so they seem to have done a decent job, always could improve.
