thats so true. I used to see so many XTerras in NYC and they're super rare now. I feel like most have been sold to people who actually use them for offroad use now lol.
I always wanted one sunshine yellow with the full outdoor package especially the internal bike rack. I like Nissans tag line better " A backpack on wheels."👍
4:00 Off-road comfort?? Have you ever ridden in that hard, cramped rear seat? You're right over the axle, which feels like it's bolted directly to your butt. Overly stiff springs, short wheelbase; it's torture back there.
I finally own an Xterra. It is a manual. I liked it so much I went and bought another one with an automatic. I now have a 2001 and a 2002!
Use to these were everywhere. I haven’t seen one in at least a decade.

I have a 2000 Xterra with 227,000 miles. It's been a bit of a pain in the ass to own but It's a bear in the New England winters.

I always liked the Xterra's rugged good looks but it seemed a bit to crude for my taste
