Hi, did you leave the choke on full the entire period of grass cutting?? Just asking. Have a problem flail mower that won't turn the blades unless the choke is on full all the time, and the accelerator on full the entire time too. Thanks.
Seems like your carburettor needs a clean and the jets blown through.

Leaving wires hanging out unsecured is poor engineering.
Not the best method. I had similar, sold it and got a PTO driven model instead , half the price and twice as good .
