      That bike was something special, I truly never thought I’d see one again. Pumped to have it back…but also curious to see if I can ride it like I used to!

    That is awesome! Glad you were able to get ahold of this one. I often regret the selling of my older bikes. Still miss the 99 Norco Team Trials bike I had even more than the planet X zebdis I had.

      Honestly I’m not sure…I think I got a new bike sponsor and didn’t have a space for an extra bike in my apartment. Glad to have it back, though! Carbon wheels…maybe that Ti crankset…big question is what fork to use…

    I know that this is nothing new - but it is still a mystery for me. What are the nuts that you using on rear hub? Is it dedicated hub or maybe inner spindle? Any recommendations? I am on old Halo wheels with old QR and open drop outs and man this thing is weak!

    • @SuperRiderTV
      @SuperRiderTV  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm honestly not sure? It came this way, I think it may be some sort of thru-axle setup that works with quick release dropouts. I wish I could be more help on this!

      @simon__3919 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SuperRiderTV Hahaha Ali Clarkson said the same thing. Looks like no one knows how to get it. Or is it just trials mistery not shared with ppl that have no idea how to jump on back wheel 😉

    Amazing that it's basically the hex before the hex was a thing, no wonder you love the hex so much.
    I'm also super impressed at using ET's to change gears, I'm definitely going to practice that move, it's so obvious but also not.

    • @SuperRiderTV

  • @Sunspot-19
    @Sunspot-19 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    UCI required it bitd. Those people were dimwits that had to keep everything bikes under their thumb.
    Beyond that, those bikes were awesome for their utility and ability to play on street or dirt.
    Way to go in finding one again!

    • @SuperRiderTV
      @SuperRiderTV  ปีที่แล้ว

      Lots of silly rules in that era, but you're right - the bikes were awesome! So stoked to have one again...surprising how close it is to the Hex for geometry. No wonder I love that bike!
