Hi.. i am a new one in journaling. I mean i want to start. Bt this all kinda staff making me so much confuse. Basically i am a maladeptive daydreamer cant stay in present in a single second so want to start something new. That's y want to start some journaling bt really dk what should i start first..!! I mean by a daily planner or monthly, weekly or habit tracker or self love journal. Cant understand anything. Jst all of them goes on my head..!! Can you plz hlp me out about journaling. n plz can you hlp me about a lil bit about maladeptive daydream or how to live in present moment..?? hope you will reply..🥺🥺 cz no one is hlping me out about it. mayb you can make my new year new journey more straight n perfect 🥺🥺 Waiting for your reply😊🥺
Claudia, I admire you for being genuine and real about your faith. It seems the world is extremely intolerant of different beliefs so I think it’s great that you stay true to yourself. Everyone should respect others right to believe as they choose.
This is just a reminder that you dont need the fancy things to journal , choose effectiveness ofver aesthetics , you can just use some nice pastel higlihhters and the pen you use for class , its nice to have an aesthetically pleasing journal but you might end up spending more time on making it look nice than you getting your life together , and by the way i dont mean any offending to those who do tje aesthetics and things its just I found myself focussing more on making it look soo aesthetic but later realised it doesnt even helo me with my life , in any way , happy new year !❤❤❤
This is why it's so important to reflect on why you want to do bullet journaling and be specific about what you want to get out of it before just diving in and copying whatever you see on social media. For some who want their bujos to be a creative outlet, then of course, the focus will be on aesthetics but for others who want to use bujos for productivity & organization, then a minimal setup might suit them more. What I like about bujos is you can personalize it however you want.
I'm not a huge commenter on videos, but I just have to say, it's really refreshing to hear you mention your beliefs in such a brief, but open and honest way. Simply stating where you're at without feeling the need to justify your reasons is a beautiful thing, especially in a world where it seems everyone tries to push everyone else to be on "their side" (with many different things, not just faith). I wish you the best in the new year! 💖
Love that you included your religious habits. I'm Muslim and currently using a planner that tracks my prayer, but if I were to bullet journal my planner tracker would also need to include my 5 prayers a day
Day one of Bullet Journaling. I have wanted to do this for a while, but everyone I've watched has done so much flash and artistic stuff, and my artistic style is not drawing and I have put it off because I felt very overwhelmed. I love your minimalist style, and your organization style and you have inspired me to finally break out and get a journal and try this. Thank you!
When I did my first bullet journal, it was all artsy and unnecessary things[at that time I didn't think it was].But now I have changed my bullet journal system:) Over a period of time you get to know things at better level:)
That's the beauty of the bujo system: it doesn't have to be fancy to suits your needs and to be happy by the end of the day. Thank you Claudia for sharing your style, I wish 2022 be wonderful for ya, xx from Brazil 🥰 P.s.: I'm starting my second bujo this year in a A6 size, sometimes I feel overwhelming filling an A5 size page, but I want to try this new thing. Anyways happy new year!
Thank you for this video, I'm trying to start a journal to have the ability to accomplish what I want done in a day. Cheers to you on your journey of Faith. I'm not religious, but the energy you put into prayer is something I deeply respect.
Was so blessed by your honesty with coming back to the Lord. Literally JUST started watching your channel today for a BUJO revamp. Something more minimalist, and then to hear that you’re a Christian. So happy and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
i like how even though you have a minimalist bullet journal, you still include things that aren’t purely about planning. it shows the flexibility of bullet journaling
Hi! I've been watching your bullet journal videos for a little while and wanted to say thank you! I got some great ideas from them and find them nice to watch as well. I also want to say that I am genuinely happy to see you're doing better after taking a break, and to know you've come back to reading the Bible. May the Lord's word sooth and guide you in everything you will be doing for this new year 🙏🏽 Cause His "word is like a lamp to my feet and a light unto my path" Psamls 119:105. I'm really looking forward to watching your future videos!! Love, Rachelle
Didn’t know watching this video would be so calming ☺️✨ I just wanted to say that you inspire me so much every time! I think it’s because you always show that journaling can be really simple and easy. And actually sometimes minimalism is the best option. I really want to thank you for all your work and say that you’re such a wonderful person! Wishing all the best in the new year! ❤️✨
I really admire you. Finding your channel really change my life. I love when you mention doing leisure time is also needed. I really need to remind myself to rest to enjoy life. 😤
Hi Claudia. Thank you for being Frank open about your beliefs and journey. It is great to see someone talking about it. I love your minimal spreads you have introduced me to the idea do what suits you and not look at all the fancy artistically spread on the web. The system must work for one self.
Hi Daria, thank you for receiving my transparency in such a warm way. It's always scary to be honest about things that make you feel vulnerable, but I felt called to share and be open about where I'm at. And yes! The system must work for one self ❤️
Thank you for sharing your return to faith, Claudia. That´s very inspiring. For me it happened even later in life (at 36) and I am so grateful for it. I don´t know how I would have navigated the hardships of the last two years without my faith. The only thing that calms my anxiety is turning to God in prayer and reading the bible. I would love to hear from you how you read and study your bible as I find your bullet journaling practice very inspiring. Sending love and blessings from Germany!
Hi Kirstin, thank you for your beautiful comment. And for sure! When I feel ready to share my reading/studying methods, I'll definitely make a video about it 🤗 Wishing you a wonderful 2022! 💞
Hi Claudia, new subscriber here. I just wanted to say thank you for including your faith practices in your bullet journal set up and for your genuine point of view. I loved how you said “if a spread doesn’t work for you, don’t make it”. That was very freeing to hear in a space where so many creators follow a certain format. I am a Christian too and I was so encouraged to see someone else with similar habits as me. Also, I just wanted to recommend a podcast to you called The Bible Recap by Tara-Leigh Cobble. It completely changed the way I read my Bible and brought me so much closer to God in 2021. I hope you like it if you try it. Happy New Year. Much love, Gabi
Hi Gabi, thank you so much for your warm response to me opening up about my faith. It means a lot to me. And thank you for the podcast recommendation! I haven't listened to a podcast in years, but I'll definitely check it out!! Happy 2022 ❤️
Thank you for being so open and honest about your faith. It's refreshingly candid and something I needed. I've also drifted a bit the last while and a goal of mine this year is to reconnect with God and lean more heavily on Him and His plans for me. It's really nice to know someone else is on this journey with me.
Hi Cassandra, thank you for your honest and warm response to me sharing my faith. It means a lot to me. My top priority for now (and forever) is to draw near to God, let His will be done. This reconnection/restoration of intimate fellowship with Him reminds me of Revelation 3:20 that my pastor talked about in church service this Sunday. 🥰
Thank you for these videos! I keep seeing videos advertising "minimalist" setups, bit they're so extra! It makes me overwhelmed before I can even start. I really appreciate how simple and straight forward yours is!
I really like the way you approach your bullet journal and I identify a lot with more of a minimal style. I liked the idea of combining the weekly spread with the daily spread - I think I'm going to give it a try. I'm usually more of a daily spread kind of g'al, but I also like to have an overview of the week. Perhaps you could share with us how you do prayer journaling. I never did one and I'm curious to know how it looks like. Sending a big hug and good wishes for your 2022 - that it will be healthy and will bring you lots of joy 🌟💫✨
Hi Inês, I hope you enjoy the weekly and daily log combination! And for prayer journaling, it's a straightforward process for me. I just have a binder with lots of paper. I have sections in my binder - Adoration/Praise, Confession/Repentance, Thanksgiving, Supposition, and a section for me to write when God answers my prayers. I just like writing out my prayers. Documenting them and all. It's nothing fancy! Wishing you a wonderful 2022 💛💛
Some notebooks I have tried and loved: Rhodia (A5 webnotebooks) and Dingbats (especially the Earth collection). Rhodia paper is really soft, and dingbats has a great mission statement. My bujo is on the minimalist side, so I have really appreciated the spread ideas you shared on your channel. I love that you are trying out the more organic journaling way -- that is how I do my daily spread. Sometimes if nothing significant happened on that day, or I just didn't feel like doing anything, I just skip it. Sometimes there is nothing I need to complete, I just write a small paragraph of how I feel that day. I love how flexible it makes the journal. I still do the linear monthly and a one-page weekly to keep myself on track of my monthly goals and record events. I incorporated the rolling weekly into my weekly spread since I watched your video ❤Looking forward to your next video!
Hi Jen, thanks for the recommendations! I'll check out both brands. And thank you for sharing your journaling experiences - I agree with your sentiment. Happy 2022!! 💕
Happy New Year.....I have just found you as I searched for Bujo ideas/inspiration after not really journaling for the past year. Your videos are really helpful as it stays close to the original concept, plus your presentation style is so calming and relaxing, I could listen to you talk all day.......I have already taken your ideas and adapted them to suit my bullet journal. Once again thank you (oh and I think I could incorporate a habit tracker into my life....I too am undertaking a spiritual awakening and this could help me.....as you say - try and if it doesn't work then stop!)
I used to do at least 12 different things in my journal and I’ve simplified to 3 minimalist ones and it feels sooo much better! So you do you boo, find what works for you
Totally agree on the habit tracking! I think it can be a great tool when used with the right mindset but it can be quite overwhelming and discouraging. I've also been trying to make my trackers more intentional and focusing on ones that are actually worth tracking. I think the biggest mistake is trying to track too many things, it just sets us up for failure! I also like your daily log sections! I love the idea of writing down wins of the day, it sounds like a great way to stay positive in your planning ❤
After trying a bujo during the past and having abandoning it, this video and the one about the mistakes you made are really helping me to give my Bujo a new chance in 2022 :D thanks!
1st video I've ever waited for! Walmart had dot grid comp notebooks for $1 so I bought all they had (only 6, sadly). I am a terrible perfectionist and am always afraid to start a new notebook. And, as suspected, have already screwed up my 1st page. But I'm learning that it's alright! I used white out and went on my way. I'm not quite happy with the color scheme. But it's ok! I'll add doodles to make up for it. So grateful I came across your channel (and thereafter binged all your vids haha) because you reminded me that we're using these bujos to be PRODUCTIVE. to make our lives better. Not be pretty. Happy new year. Let us all continue to remember and align ourselves with our purpose/s.
Can I just say it's awesome to see someone else who doesn't use a future log? I've been bullet journaling for only a few months now (I started halfway through a more traditional-type journal, and incorporated bujo elements around my journaling) but I have started figuring out what works best for me. Which is no future log, and not even a monthly log, really. I plan on a weekly level, and then my daily log is also my journal entry for the day (if I choose to write one). I keep it simple, it's basically just a glorified to-do list.
Hi! Finally I manage to find a minimalist video that actually is. I’ve been thinking of starting one, but most of the videos have really confused me. I don’t want to do pretty pictures or anything. I like the idea of stamping the heading, and your habit tracker didn’t confuse me either. I don’t want to do the future log, all I need is monthly, weekly and daily. I see you aren’t using the key either, I might not do that either, I found it to hard to remember. What you said about making it yours, really hit home with me. Thanks for an insightful video. 😃
Hi Catherine, thank you so much for watching and sharing your thoughts. I appreciate knowing that there are other bullet journalers out there who have similar methods in using the system! And yeah, I don't use a key. I only have a handful of symbols I use and I've got them memorized - no need to draw a key out every time I start a new bullet journal hehe 🤗
I started bullet journal this year after getting inspired from your videos claudia. I just wanna thank you for being truthful and sharing your honest opinions about bullet journaling. After watching too much of fancy stuff and spreads out there, found you few months back. And now i love to watch your journaling videos. Keep inspiring!
I love your videos and have watched them for a while. They helped me find my own routine. I loved your honesty in this video too. I'm also Christian and found it really helpful to get your ideas and perspective on things like your habit tracker. Thanks for sharing! :)
Happy new year !!!🎊 I’m using Scribbles that matter as my bujo! I reaallllllly love it !!! Different sizes, different page thickness, very good quality ! I recommand!
I really like your minimalist setups and enjoy watching and experimenting with the ideas you present. I'm excited to try some new things I've learned from your channel in my 2022 bujo, especially the rolling weekly setups which I've found very useful since seeing you use them. And since you asked, here's what I use: The first is my preferred journal, The Ursunshine 8.25" x 5" (don't know the metric size) 120gsm off-white paper with 5mm dot spacing. I love it because it's inexpensive, doesn't bleed at all or ghost unless you go super heavy with your lines and colors, and very good quality despite the low cost. I particularly love that its binding lays flat out of the box, no spine breaking needed. It's only 128 pages (unnumbered) which is perfect for a whole year for me, but I know others might not even get six months out of that number of pages. The second is the Paperage 8" x 5.7" 100gsm ivory paper journal. Like the other it's inexpensive and lays flat out of the box. It's 160 pages (unnumbered) and claims to be made from a majority recycled material and feels pretty good to use, but since it's a lighter paper, ghosting and bleeding of super heavy lines and color is a little more noticeable, but not egregious. I haven't used it long or heavily enough to tell myself, but I have seen reviews that the glue binding it together gets fragile after a few months. I keep my writing implements few and simple, using Papermate Inkjoy .7mm gel pens primarily in black and blue, but occasionally in red and green for variety or specific uses. I love these pens because the ink dries very quickly making it less likely to smudge. The only downside is the color is a tiny bit paler than other gel brands. I also use plain generic yellow or red highlighters to differentiate headings. Here's hoping 2022 is better for us all.
I just found your videos today and I’m so so happy! I tried bullet journaling back in 2019 and it stressed me out sooo much that I never continued. now for 2022 I do it digitally and am highly enjoying it and no longer view it as a chore! I’ve enjoyed your tips and tricks as well😊 happy new year! p.s. your Christianity comment really resents with me due to growing up religious and straying away and now finding my way back. so happy to see you back your journey as well!
My monthly is the same as yours. I've never done habit trackers before but I have in this year's journal set up. I am a Roman Catholic and I've also got my Bible back out as this was I wanted to do this year and be kinder to myself. Exercise and eating healthy started for me today. I tend to put my collections in the back of my journal.
Hi Danielle, thank you for sharing! And that's interesting you put your collections in the back - I've never thought about doing that! Wishing you all the best for 2022 🤗
Thank you for your video. I really want/need to start a bullet journal. I was very intimidated by all the steps and products. I appreciate you look like something I can accomplish. 😊🙏
Love my Baron Fig dotted notebook! Started using my Inamio 2022 planner with monthly and weekly spread as my bullet journal as well since it has graph paper in the back.
Happy Holiday season Claudia I am new to Bullet Journaling however not to journaling itself. I find your content, tone and attitude to be right on point. You have definitely become one of my "go to" when it comes to this. I feel in love with your channel and approach and have referenced your videos on more than one occasion. I am growing in my BuJo journey and wanted to say thank you for sharing your personal perspective and engagement with various religions.I think that is so awesome and now Girlllllllll, you're stuck with Sistah Friend from the Big Apple.Peace and blessings to you and yours!
I have only recently learned about Bullet Journaling and how it can help people with ADHD be more effective. I really enjoyed your video. It is inspiring how you are winging it and how much prayer is a part of your life. Thank you! I would love to hear how your BJ has helped you clarify yr goals.
Happy New Year Claudia! I'm a new subscriber who was looking for a simple way to bullet journal and found your channel. I'm definitely here to stay after what you said about your faith. As a Christian in today's time I know how hard it is to be open about your belief. I deeply respect and admire your honesty and openness. You've inspired me to be just like you: simply truthful. God bless♥️
Just wanted to say that I LOVE this video and what you stand for, Claudia. As a Christian who is trying to prioritise mental health and wellness in my life, I resonate so deeply with the habits you are setting. Thank you so much. You have got a new subscriber 🥰
Happy New Year Claudia! you're the only youtuber I can relate to and follow for inspiration in my bullet journal. Thank you so much for being transparent, the world needs more people like that ❤
I love the alphabet stamps from amazon! They come with upper case, lower case, numbers and some punctuation plus, I’ve had them for half a year and they’ve held up really well :) OH and ps, loved the fancy double camera action, this video felt like a cozy twitch stream ❤️😍
I Love this video! I want to start bullet journaling, I’ve got myself a journal, keep opening it up, and closing it again! I’ve watched lots of videos but I’m not very artsy crafty, and some of them are absolutely beautiful, but way beyond anything I could achieve. This is exactly what I needed, permission to only put in what I’m going to use and need to keep my life organised and get what I need and want from a Bujo! Thank you Claudia! 😊🙏🏻
I like the minimal and simple setup you’re using. In my first bujos I tried to use these more elaborate setups you see in IG and YT and always ended up quitting after a few months only to try again after a while. In 2021 I made my setup really simple (similar to yours), I gave myself as much space for dailies as I needed and dropped to-do lists when it felt overwhelming and adopted them again when I was ready.... and it was the first year I used my bujo consistently. Rolling weekly’s I’ve used since August. At first I tried to have all the rolling weekly’s back-to-back, but since december I’ve been doing it the way you set it up in this video. I like how it divides the weeks better, kind of like resetting things. Anyway, I’m glad I found your channel this fall and I’ve been enjoying your videos. All the best for 2022!
My fiancé and I are just starting Bujo and found this video extremely helpful because most other videos made it too complicated to start. Loved to hear you are coming back to Christian faith and reading your bible so keep it up sister and we are praying for you.
I just purchased my second bullet journal and I haven't touched it yet cause I'm in the middle of confusion on what theme or how to set it up hahaha! And yes I almost forgot that I'm always into minimalistic approach with it and this video is a reminder to stick to my comfort zone, don't force things that makes me uncomfortable (cause really, I can't think straight or even be consistent with design, I easily get tired or bored about it) and start the year with a clean slate, fresh perspective and having that clean, minimalist sheet will help my mind in organizing my tasks and be more focused on the goal of doing bullet journal and not only focus on aesthetics. PS. I really missed your vlogs! So happy you're back! ❤️
Aw Shena 😌💖 I totally hear you on being in that state of confusion and overwhelm!! I wish you a beautiful new year. I do want to post vlogs eventually, but at the moment, I don't think I have the energy to film my day-to-day life just yet 💜
Your channel helped me realize I could do bujo even tho I don't have the attention span/executive function to make anything fancy. I started doing bujo last semester for university and I'm still going strong! Thanks for everything and I truly hope your 2022 goes fantastically!
Lovely! I always like how your spreads are simple but still look good and are useful without being overwhelming. Happy new year Claudia--I hope you have a good one!
I just stumbled on your channel today and I already love your channel. You seem very honest and true to yourself and I like how you said to do what works for you with the bullet journal. I've had trouble with that in the past, with people pushing what you have to do when bullet journal. I Also love how you mentioned your Christianity because it's such a shame how irritated people get by just mentioning faith. It's great to hear from another Christian for once without getting attacked as much as usual.
Hi Anna, thank you so much for watching and commenting! I wish you all the best with bullet journaling. And thank you for your supportive and warm response to me sharing my faith. It means a lot! ❤️
I'm new to your channel, but I want to say that there is a whole crowd of people supporting you as you draw closer to Jesus. Truly! Seeing you boldly talk about your faith is so awesome and I encourage you to find a small group or church of like-minded believers! Wishing God's best for you, Abigail
Hi Abigail! Thank you for saying this, it warms my heart to read a supportive comment. I've been going to church again and hopefully in the church I'll find a small group 💖 God bless you!!
I’m using the Leuchtturm1917 monthly planner which has the traditional two page monthlies already printed followed by dotted pages(138) which is perfect for me because I don’t have the fear of a completely blank notebook and I don’t care to “setup” much. I don’t do dailies or really weeklies? Just a rolling weekly and I don’t have a lot going on so it will be enough pages for me. It’s perfect for me because I really only need monthly pages and a place for a weekly to do list. I couldnt use anything completely blank or a traditional planner layout. Enjoyed the video!
I'm a newbie to this buju and have the last 2 days been binge watching how to set up videos. Yours is the most relatable format for me. So simple and effective... you explain things so well and I appreciate you letting us see some of your entries.
Hi Pamela, welcome to the wondrous world of bullet journaling haha Thank you for watching, glad my style of journaling resonates with you. Wishing you all the best with your bujo journey! 🤗
Happy New Year Claudia! Glad to see you back. I'm a huge fan of the Rhodia Goalbook - I love the paper and it hits the sweet spot for me between the 'blank book' and the heavily-guided versions.
you're amazing !! it's my day one of bullet journaling and at first I was so confused, I didn't know what I really want to write in my journal and I was so afraid to mess it up! but I'm glad I found your channel, your videos are full of inspiration. tysm🌼
Happy new year Claudia!! I have been doing my new notebook setup for a couple days now and it's so satisfying to have a fresh start *_* For Christmas I was given the Leuchtturm+Bullet Journal and the paper quality is great, I'm loving it!! I didn't use to do a Future Log too, but I started on the second half of last year and it's been pretty useful now. Since I don't have Facebook anymore (and rarely go on Instagram) for a couple years now, I kept a list of my friends/family birthdays on my Notes app, but more often than not I just forget to check the list for upcoming birthdays and most would pass me by. So last year I decided to use the Future Log to log not only future appointments but also to include the birthdays I wanted to remember - it's being great so far. I agree that sometimes we use spreads just because we think we're "supposed to" and those spreads end up abandoned or useless - we don't need to do anything really, specially if it is just because "everybody does", and specially if it does not resonate - but in some cases it might be just a matter of making it your own, giving your own twist/purpose on a setup might give new life to old ideas ^^ I was inspired by your habit tracker when you posted it in December, and I realised that whenever I set up a habit tracker, I was somehow misinterpreting it as a tool to add new/more habits to my routine. But seeing your tracker being much more like a "routine check-in" than a "streakaholic improvement chart", I realised that actually what I wanted was to keep track of my system and the routines already in it - I already have my plate full with the habits I do have, and they could use some tlc by staying on my radar with a tracker, which was what I did in December and will continue on doing, thank you for sharing your own routine tracker, that has been very useful to me. And beyond that, it shifted my mindset to check-in with the system I already have instead of nitpicking it in search for endless improvement, it made me appreciate what I have now and cherish my achievements. These moments of recognising I'm already doing everything I can, and that I should be proud of myself because I'm doing great, they are rare for me, I'm usually very hard on myself - so I really truly appreciate you opening this reflection for me. Being focused on improvement is both a blessing and a curse, it keeps us moving forward but sometimes it keeps us from slowing down and appreciating our present. And by taking time for yourself, you also help other people to do the same for themselves. I'm happy you're slowly coming back to the community, you're doing the right thing for you and by doing that you show that it is ok to take things slow, you remind us that we shouldn't rush our processes. I'm always in awe of how insightful you are in such a young age. You're doing great Claudia, keep going - much love to you
Hi Yasmin, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and nuggets of wisdom. I loved reading this. So articulate and thoughtful! Thank you for the kind words. They mean so much to me. Wishing you a great 2022! 🤗❤️
Happy new year, I really enjoyed this video, it’s given me some ideas of what I’m looking for with my own bullet journal and how to move forward, daily habit tracker has helped by giving me how to achieve my goal of being more organised this year.
Omg it's so nice to see someone religious using a bujo and including their religion in it! I'm Christian too and I was kinda ashamed to include praying into my daily habits bc what if someone sees it but omg you wasn't even afraid to include it in the video that anyone can see and idk maybe it gave me more courage so thanksss
happy new year, Claudia! i’m so happy to see you back on youtube with such amazing and interesting content as usual. hope your private/personal life (as well as professional) keeps falling into place. sending you a tight hug and lots of positive vibes
Truly appreciate your honesty and openness. Thanks for sharing! And your set up inspired me to incorporate the things that may be more beneficial for me in my own bujo set up. We’ll figure out things along the way! Happy new year 🥳
Leuchtturm also brought out a dot grid planner with 120g/m2 paper, I recently bought one and it works really well for me. Recommend, especially if you love the off-white vibe of Leuchtturm but want paper that doesn't ghost too easily when you draw on it.
Hi Claudia, new subscriber. It's such a breath of fresh air to see your clean and simple methods for bujo, just what I needed. I also appreciate your genuine and peaceful manner; I didn't expect to feel calmed down after watching 2 of your videos but I am. :) New fan.
Hi Ariane, thank you for watching and subscribing. I am honestly so happy to hear that my content can bring calmness to someone! Thanks for writing a comment 💖
Hi! It's my first day bullet journaling and this channel really really helped me since everyone else is so artistic and that overwhelms me but your channel is very very useful especially to begginers who doesnt have much supplies like me and I hope you realized you had really changed the way people use the bujo and thats smth id be forever thankful to you! Thank you so much. Off topic but im really glad you came back to christianity I hope you build up more faith (I respect every religion)
Happy new year! I would recommend nuuna notebook - its super quality paper 120g, 256 pages, and really cool covers. I also like moleskine notebook and weeakly planner - soft, classic and handy.
I will be making my first bullet journal and I am so glad to have found your channel. Even some of the other minimalist bujo handles were kind of confusing to me, but this is perfect. I have a lot of respect for creative Bullet journaling but I am not that artistically inclined and just need a system to get my life in order. The flow here is perfect, excited to start my bullet journaling journey!

Claudia, I admire you for being genuine and real about your faith. It seems the world is extremely intolerant of different beliefs so I think it’s great that you stay true to yourself. Everyone should respect others right to believe as they choose.
Hi Jennifer, thank you so much for writing this. It means a lot to have my honesty be received well. And I agree with your sentiment! 😊

That’s so true!! Happy New Year!! Btw I love your channel name!!😂
Unless you use fountain pens, then you gotta go with premium quality notebooks. 😕
Hey Trish, thank you so much for saying this. Your comment has given me great comfort. I appreciate it! Happy 2022, wishing you all the best! 💘
Thank you!
Hi Nik, wishing you all the best with your bujo journey! You've got this 🧡
When I did my first bullet journal, it was all artsy and unnecessary things[at that time I didn't think it was].But now I have changed my bullet journal system:)
Over a period of time you get to know things at better level:)
Hi Aakriti, thanks for sharing. That's beautiful you're getting to know what works for you 💚
That's the beauty of the bujo system: it doesn't have to be fancy to suits your needs and to be happy by the end of the day.
Thank you Claudia for sharing your style, I wish 2022 be wonderful for ya, xx from Brazil 🥰
P.s.: I'm starting my second bujo this year in a A6 size, sometimes I feel overwhelming filling an A5 size page, but I want to try this new thing. Anyways happy new year!
Happy New Year, Thalita! Wishing you all the best. And love your insight about the beauty of this journaling method 🥰💕
i love your description of prayer :) not a particularly observant christian myself but i love hearing about other ppl’s spiritual practice! 💕
🥰
Thank you for this video, I'm trying to start a journal to have the ability to accomplish what I want done in a day.
Cheers to you on your journey of Faith. I'm not religious, but the energy you put into prayer is something I deeply respect.
Thank you so much! 💛💛 I hope you find a journaling style that helps you accomplish your daily tasks!
Was so blessed by your honesty with coming back to the Lord. Literally JUST started watching your channel today for a BUJO revamp. Something more minimalist, and then to hear that you’re a Christian. So happy and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Thank you so much. God bless you. ❤️❤️
i like how even though you have a minimalist bullet journal, you still include things that aren’t purely about planning. it shows the flexibility of bullet journaling
the bullet journal method is really such a flexible system!
Best bujo video I've watched in a while. Love from Nigeria
Hi Chinwe, thank you for such a compliment! Sending love from Canada 😊
Hi Rachelle, wow. Thank you so much for writing this. I really appreciate it. I wish you all the best for the new year! God bless you 💘
Didn’t know watching this video would be so calming ☺️✨
I just wanted to say that you inspire me so much every time! I think it’s because you always show that journaling can be really simple and easy. And actually sometimes minimalism is the best option. I really want to thank you for all your work and say that you’re such a wonderful person! Wishing all the best in the new year! ❤️✨
Aw wow thank you very much! This is so sweet. Happy 2022! Wishing you a wonderful year ahead 💖
Staring my first bullet journal this year and your videos have been a HUGE HELP! Takes the pressure off for sure. Thank you!
Hi Sarah, that's lovely to hear! Wishing you all the best with your bujo journey 💕
I really admire you. Finding your channel really change my life. I love when you mention doing leisure time is also needed. I really need to remind myself to rest to enjoy life. 😤
Thanks for watching my content. Rest is SO important. Rest is a fundamental part of life. 💛
You will encourage many! Thank you for sharing your faith and strength.
YASSSS !!! I’m setting mine up right now. Cant wait for the new year ❤️❤️
Yay!! So fun. 🥰🧡
@@claudiaspaurel ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for watching, Genevieve! 💕
Well Done....on being vulnerable and staying true to yourself. May you have a wonderful and blessed 2022.
Hi Dorothea, thank you! Wishing you a blessed and fruitful 2022 😊
So happy to hear you be open about coming home. Love your channel.
Thank you 💜
Being a real human is the most important thing, especially as a Christian. You’re so approachable and I really love that about your channel.
Thank you, Sheila! 💛
i absolutely love the minimalistic approach! as a student it is gonna help me so much 💕💕 thanks!!
Happy New Year!! Thank you for sharing. Wishing you all the best on you bujo journey 💖
I used to do at least 12 different things in my journal and I’ve simplified to 3 minimalist ones and it feels sooo much better! So you do you boo, find what works for you
Aww that's wonderful to hear. Sometimes less is more hehe and yes! We gotta find what works for us 🤗
Totally agree on the habit tracking!
Thank you!! 🥰💜
gotta say I’ve really been loving my rhodia goalbook! silky smooth paper and a variety of colors
that's cool! 🤗
Welcome home! God bless you!! 🙏
Thank you. Yahweh bless you! 😊
You are so nice to watch. Hope you have a great year ❤️
Thank you! Wishing you a great 2022 💛
After trying a bujo during the past and having abandoning it, this video and the one about the mistakes you made are really helping me to give my Bujo a new chance in 2022 :D thanks!
Hi Grégory, thank you for watching! I'm so happy to hear that you're giving bullet journaling a new chance. Wishing you all the best!! 🤗
Woah I didn't know walmart had those - I gotta check them out!
Wishing you a great 2022 and I wish you all the best with bullet journaling. ❤️
I started my bujo last year and i've learnt a lot. Bujo really help me in my life and keep me on track💪🏻
That's lovely to hear, Esther 💕
Can I just say it's awesome to see someone else who doesn't use a future log? I've been bullet journaling for only a few months now (I started halfway through a more traditional-type journal, and incorporated bujo elements around my journaling) but I have started figuring out what works best for me. Which is no future log, and not even a monthly log, really. I plan on a weekly level, and then my daily log is also my journal entry for the day (if I choose to write one). I keep it simple, it's basically just a glorified to-do list.
Awesome! I love how you called your bujo a 'glorified to-do list' - I so relate!!
Hi Sakshi, thank you for watching my content. I hope you're finding what works for you with bullet journaling! Wishing you a great 2022 😊
Thank you so much … my bullet journal setup and starts today…using your guidance Ty 😀
Thanks for watching, Pauline 💛
I love Dingbats notebooks! The pages are pretty thick, and the notebooks aren't too expensive😌
Hi Justine, cool! Thank you for suggesting! 😊
@@claudiaspaurel my pleasure! Loved this video!❤️
I love your videos and have watched them for a while. They helped me find my own routine. I loved your honesty in this video too. I'm also Christian and found it really helpful to get your ideas and perspective on things like your habit tracker. Thanks for sharing! :)
Hi Leanne, thank you for saying that! 💕
Praying that you have a great new year, and that God does something special in your life to help you in the journey.
Thank you so much, Tim! I pray that you have a great new year too :)
Happy new year !!!🎊 I’m using Scribbles that matter as my bujo! I reaallllllly love it !!! Different sizes, different page thickness, very good quality ! I recommand!
Thanks for your suggestion, Catherine! Happy 2022 💚
I really like your minimalist setups and enjoy watching and experimenting with the ideas you present. I'm excited to try some new things I've learned from your channel in my 2022 bujo, especially the rolling weekly setups which I've found very useful since seeing you use them. And since you asked, here's what I use:
The first is my preferred journal, The Ursunshine 8.25" x 5" (don't know the metric size) 120gsm off-white paper with 5mm dot spacing.
WOW. Thank you for your suggestions. I'm going to make a list of brands and be on the look-out. Thank you!! Happy 2022 💛
Hi Makayla! Happy 2022. I'm wishing you all the best with your bujo journey and your journey in drawing near to God ✨
Thank you for watching, Lynette! 💖 Wishing you the best on your bujo journey!
the soft aesthetic vibes of this video, istg! 😩💕
omg stopp! you're too kind 😭💛
Love my Baron Fig dotted notebook! Started using my Inamio 2022 planner with monthly and weekly spread as my bullet journal as well since it has graph paper in the back.
i've never heard of any of these brands! i'll check them out 🤗
Happy Holiday season Claudia I am new to Bullet Journaling however not to journaling itself.
Aw! My goodness you are so so sweet. Thank you for reaching out. Sending lots of love 💖💖 Happy new year!
I have only recently learned about Bullet Journaling and how it can help people with ADHD be more effective. I really enjoyed your video. It is inspiring how you are winging it and how much prayer is a part of your life. Thank you! I would love to hear how your BJ has helped you clarify yr goals.
Thank you for watching and thanks for your video suggestion!! I'll take that into consideration 🤗
Happy New Year to you too.

God bless♥️
Happy New Year, Ruthie!! Thank you so much for your warmth and support. 🥺❤️ Let's try our best to authentically be who God made us to be 🤗
Just wanted to say that I LOVE this video and what you stand for, Claudia. As a Christian who is trying to prioritise mental health and wellness in my life, I resonate so deeply with the habits you are setting. Thank you so much. You have got a new subscriber 🥰
Hi Samuel, wow thank you for saying this. Your supportive response means so much to me 🧡
Hi Claudia!
Can you please make a video on your desk tour ? I'd love to see that from you 💕

I love the alphabet stamps from amazon! They come with upper case, lower case, numbers and some punctuation plus, I’ve had them for half a year and they’ve held up really well :) OH and ps, loved the fancy double camera action, this video felt like a cozy twitch stream ❤️😍
Hey Kaitlin, thanks for the suggestion! I'll check out Amazon. And hehe thank you 🥰 Happy New Year!

What brand? Do you mind sharing the link? :)
New to Bullet Journaling. I am trying to choose an alphabet stamp set. Which set did you get?
@@claudiaspaurel Happy New Year lol sorry this message is like 10 days late and in the new year but yolo, still hope its a good one Claudia 💕

Thanks for subscribing, Michael! 🤗
Claudia, words can't express how grateful I am for your videos
Awwww Sarah! Thank you for watching my content. I deeply appreciate it. Happy 2022 💚
Hey, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and experiences! Happy to hear you've been enjoying my content. Happy 2022! ❤️
My fiancé and I are just starting Bujo and found this video extremely helpful because most other videos made it too complicated to start. Loved to hear you are coming back to Christian faith and reading your bible so keep it up sister and we are praying for you.
Thank you so much, Michael! I hope you and your fiance are both enjoying bullet journaling 😊
Omg Love those nails and your sweater! Same colour as my February bujo theme!💜💜💜💜
Ooh awesome! 💜💜💜
@@claudiaspaurel it's fine, no pressure 😊. We're just glad you're back ❤️
Your channel helped me realize I could do bujo even tho I don't have the attention span/executive function to make anything fancy. I started doing bujo last semester for university and I'm still going strong! Thanks for everything and I truly hope your 2022 goes fantastically!
That is awesome!! Keep it up 🤗 Wishing you a beautiful year ahead ✨
Lovely! I always like how your spreads are simple but still look good and are useful without being overwhelming. Happy new year Claudia--I hope you have a good one!
Thank you! Happy new year to you!! Wishing you all the best 🤗
Happy New Year Claudia🎉💜 thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit 💜
Happy New Year to you, Deborah. ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Pamela, welcome to the wondrous world of bullet journaling haha
Thank you for watching, glad my style of journaling resonates with you. Wishing you all the best with your bujo journey! 🤗
I love the simplicity! Do you have a video about things you have tried and you decided you didn’t like with bullet journaling?
I have two videos on my channel that pertain to what I've learnt from bullet journaling (mistakes and pieces of advice) :)
Morning and night routine please ❤❤❤
Happy New Year Claudia! Glad to see you back. I'm a huge fan of the Rhodia Goalbook - I love the paper and it hits the sweet spot for me between the 'blank book' and the heavily-guided versions.
Happy 2022, Beth! Thank you for your suggestion. I'll look into Rhodia 🤗
you're amazing !! it's my day one of bullet journaling and at first I was so confused, I didn't know what I really want to write in my journal and I was so afraid to mess it up! but I'm glad I found your channel, your videos are full of inspiration.

I agree that sometimes we use spreads just because we think we're "supposed to" and those spreads end up abandoned or useless - we don't need to do anything really, specially if it is just because "everybody does", and specially if it does not resonate - but in some cases it might be just a matter of making it your own, giving your own twist/purpose on a setup might give new life to old ideas ^^
I was inspired by your habit tracker when you posted it in December, and I realised that whenever I set up a habit tracker, I was somehow misinterpreting it as a tool to add new/more habits to my routine.

Do not be afraid!! So many people include their daily habits in their bujo - prayer is one of them and it's a valuable one ❤️

Happy New Year Claudia, I loved the ideas, I'm trying to do something simpler, basic this year too.
Happy 2022 to you! ✨

Happy new year! I would recommend nuuna notebook - its super quality paper 120g, 256 pages, and really cool covers. I also like moleskine notebook and weeakly planner - soft, classic and handy.
Happy new year Ivona! Thanks for your recommendation 🥰

Aw 🥺❤️ Let's keep seeking and drawing near to Him. Happy 2022!! ✨
I will be making my first bullet journal and I am so glad to have found your channel. Even some of the other minimalist bujo handles were kind of confusing to me, but this is perfect. I have a lot of respect for creative Bullet journaling but I am not that artistically inclined and just need a system to get my life in order. The flow here is perfect, excited to start my bullet journaling journey!
wishing you all the best on your bullet journal journey!! 💚
