She was then & is still a very beautiful woman......gorgeous! For me her voice was very pleasant to listen to, I can kind of equate her to the 80's version of maybe an Aaliyah or a Mya. I hate when people think & say these girls can't/ couldn't sing. Just because one doesn't yell & scream or sing LOUD all of the time doesn't mean they can't sing, it means they just don't sing LOUD or have the power in their chest voices like Whitney Houston, Barbara Streisand, Stephanie Mills, etc. She has a really pleasantly soft sounding voice, that I could tolerate without it ringing my ears.
