Hi we have same options for our refrigirator model beko D54230N, our freezer is working but fridge is not getting cold what seems to be the problem? I tried to defrost but now the freezer is not that cold also.

Hello in Beko Refrigerator Dual Series Evaporator. First you have to Run Empty load 12 Hour after that if FF not Cool then you have to remove Freezer Fan Motor wire connector and check FF Coil Temperature -10°C after 15 min run if temperature is coming in +2 and above you have to Gas Charge
Freezer fan running(freezer cold), fridge back panel cold (fan not running) removed fan and tested with dc voltage running , why my fridge fan wont start ?
I enter in this mode by mistake and i dont know how to exit,so i try and press the buttons many times.The screen shows different numbers and letters. Is it possible to change something in this mode,for example, turn off some functions? Its not this model but its same mode with same letters and numbers. My model is Beko CN161230DX

Empty the fridge and run for 12 hour your problem will resolve probably
What is the highest tempereture on the fridge 1 to 8? Is it 1 or 8?

The upper-16 the lower is 4 and both of them is not cooling what can I do

If you open the fridge door, the fan will stop if the fan works in test mode. Your fridge is ok

Press both buttons for 3 Sec you will exit from this function

No This is Service Function Test Mode if you exit all setting will default
