    자두청은 진짜 여름이랑 딱 어울릴 것 같아요!

    올 여름에 자두청 만들어 먹었는데 이 영상을 보니 레몬을 넣으셨네요. 자두만 넣었을땐 단맛만 강해서 자두청에이드 타먹을때 따로 깔라만시원액 추가해서 섞어마셨거든요! 다음에 만들땐 레몬을 넣어봐야겠어요^^

    색이 곱고 향긋한 여름과일 자두!
    고운색과 달콤한 맛이 잘 우러나도록 청으로 담가봤어요~ 대표적인 여름과일인 자두는 비타민C와 식이섬유가 풍부하고, 달콤한 맛이 일품인데요~ 청으로 만들면 예쁜 색이 잘 우러나 더 자주 손이 간답니다. 제철 자두를 정말 맛있는 자두청으로 변신시켜볼까요?

    오! 자두청은 생각해보지 못했는데 이번에 청귤청이랑 자두청을 담아야겠네요! 자두는 비싸지기 전에 빨리 해야겠네요.

    이번에 마트에서 천도복숭아를 싸게 팔길래 한박스 샀어서 천도복숭아를 청으로 만들면 어떨까..고민하던 차였는데 자두청 보니까 자두청에 끌리네요~//

    Hi. I love your videos. Are there English instructions? Such as do we place the jars in the refrigerator after making it? And how long till we can use the tea syrup?

      leave it at room temperature until sugar is melted well and then put it in the fridge. You can keep it in the fridge for 3 months. :)

      꼭 넣어야되는건 아니에요~ 단맛만 나는것보다는 레몬을 넣어야 새콤한 맛과 향이 더해서 자두청이 더욱 맛있어요~^^

    스테비아 설탕이 몸에 좋다는데 스테비아 설탕을 써도 되나요?

      스테비아 설탕은 일반 설탕에 비해 200배 달다고 해서요~ 실험 조리가 필요할 것 같아요ㅠㅠ

      오래두고 드실 경우 유리병 열탕소독을 꼭 하시구요~ 과일청의 경우 3개월 안에 드시는 게 좋아요^^

      Nope. She doesn't. just cleaned the fruits using baking powder and soaked in baking powder water for a while.
