Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled peas (ghugni)
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons mustard paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil or vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (optional)
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger paste. Cook until the onions are golden brown.
2. Add the boiled peas, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and red chili powder. Mix well.
