Hello, I tried recording a skype call using the powerpoint screen recorder. During my skype call, I used a microphone and a headphone both connected to the laptop jack via a splitter. Now when I played back the skype call video, my voice was fine but the voice from the other end was crackling. It was also faint and sounded like it was a recording of sound of sound that was from outside the laptop rather than within the laptop in effect there was background noise with it. Is there a way, I can make the sound from the other end as clear as my micorophone sound? Thanks
i can record my screen but when i watch your video in firefox so sound is clear you show us your video so when you insert video in ppt so sound is clear but when i insert it so sound was not clear
