Staying financially dependent on parents even when over 21 years old & only wanting Govt jobs is not the right mindset for getting a job & to be financially self reliant. If people change their mindset, the overall unemployment percentages will drop to an extent.

मैं एक प्राइवेट कॉलेज में Lab Instructor के पद पर हूं यहां पर मेरी सैलरी कागजी कार्रवाई के लिए 21,500 ₹ minimum सैलरी दिखाया गया है, लेकिन मुझे 10,000₹ per month ही दिया जाता है| मेरे पास लैब के लिए अच्छा skills भी है
ऐसे ही मेरे साथ कई एम्पलाई काम करते हैं

Government job preparation me graduate students lage hue he 3 4 saal tak tab tak or bhi aa gaye hote he. Ab ye government job ka aakarsan private sector ki oportunity se kam jab tak nahi hoga ye chalta hi rahega. Or private sector me job security pay scale ka koi control nahi he job karne vale ka sosan hota rehta he bas. To private sector me jana nahi chahega koi.

I'm from gujarat. And i am an engineer. I prepared for many government jobs, but i couldn't get any chance.
Then i realized that something fishy is going on. Because one of my friends got a class 2 level job when he's not even close to average student.
I suspect that he gave a big amount of money around 25 lakh to get that job.
After that, another friend joined the government sector, and he said that there's a hierarchy of the amount to get a particular job.
After that, my father met one ex deputy, Mamalatdar, and he offered my father a job for me around 15 lakh. For the same post for deputy mamalatdar. But i denied my father. And after 5-6 years of preparing gov jobs. I lost all hopes and stopped preparing for state level government jobs because i found that there's a big corruption scam going on in every sector, including railway and police departments. There's also caste based politics happening in the system. Like St sc people bring only thier caste people in thier department. General are selecting General. Kshatriyas are selecting kshatriya.
There is no doubt why our country is not growing.
This same system is now happening in the private sector as well. This is threatening.

सरकार चुप नहीं. सरकार वह सर्वश्रेष्ठ कर रही है जो वह हासिल कर सकती है। नौकरियाँ 2 श्रेणियाँ हैं एक केंद्र और राज्य सरकार दूसरी निजी क्षेत्र। पिछली कांग्रेस सरकार के कुप्रबंधन के कारण जनसंख्या और नौकरी अनुपात में विसंगति है जिसे कम समय में ठीक नहीं किया जा सकता है। एक और विनाशकारी बात कांग्रेस ने अपनी शिक्षा नीति बनाई जो डिग्री पर आधारित थी गुणवत्तापूर्ण कौशल उन्नयन पर नहीं। यही कारण है कि नौकरी चाहने वाले सफल नहीं हो पाते
में नोटा हूं। और नाटा भी
क्योंकि युवा भी चुप h उसको केवल सरकारी नौकरी चाहिए किताब pd ली पर काम करना नही सीख पाता

1) In private Big company job there is a lot of exploitation work of 3 people are taken from a single person no fixed working hours people are working day and night on laptops getting stress and depression
2) No guidelines private companies are taking work worth rupees 100 and giving back 1 rupees in return and work stress is super high
3) Most of the salary get spend on super high rents and high prices of everything like gas electricity petrol vegetables
What that have to do with 60% Indian do not want to work?

@@RS_02_ calculate cost of living which includes rent, security, electricity, water, travelling expenses, how much are you going to spend on food (vegetables and all that things), how many time you will visit you home town in a month and fare of that in a month, if you have children’s that schooling fee comparison . Compare all of this with your present location and also see how much money still left as savings if you are saving good amount then definitely go

I had worked as engineer on reliance project, contractor were Pra** electricals and guess what was the starting salary they officer me ? 8k per month, 7 days work, no increment for year.'

I remember Rakesh jhunjhunwala saying driver job for well educated people. See this is exact mentality of Seniors “koi bhi job karlo” instead of criticising government. People who are not qualified to become Finance minister are appointed as FM. This survey doesn’t even count high qualified but low salaried employees. These people are struggling to run families or plan babies. Plus initial salary is so low. It didn’t increase with inflation.
