I wanna be a bus driver for south west coaches down in Yeovil and chard all that area I’m planning on getting my driving license then get some driving experience under my belt and apply for SWC! Your videos are very insightful and helpful and gives me an idea of what being a bus driver is like!! Wish me luck!! In SWC we have solos, versas, E200s and ofc the dreaded streetlites lols 😂 (I am a train, bus and avgeek lol) my dream is to be a bus driver at most😂
It’s a joy to watch these videos and see what it’s like in other parts of the country. I work for Stagecoach in Manchester, and have almost finished my time with a mentor after passing two weeks back. After spending some time in a 24 plate Optare, I really like them and it makes a welcome change from an Enviro 400 😂
Great video mate. I love it down that way. My Nan was born in Malmsbury and my dad was born in Chippenham so we used to go down visiting that way a lot
@@domc8247 unfortunately not, the only time we are allowed to wear stuff not typical to uniform is Christmas, and here in Stroud during the five valleys walk
@@BusDriverFroosh was going to say I’m not allowed to wear it for work unless it’s in the evenings but most of the bus drivers up here in Durham wear football shirts when there’s a game on that just might be arriva though
Excellent video. Thanks for uploading. The journey from Cheltenham to Cirencester is a beautiful trip in the countryside

Love the route 76 as well!👍
That's an ex-East Kent bus. It was based in Folkestone. We have some of the GN58 PX.... Batch in Ashford still.
@@melvy211 indeed, I was part of the cleaning team when they arrived from Folkstone, the poor drivers having to get numerous trains home
How many hours do you do a week mate? Is it good pay hourly? Great vid👍
Was you in Gloucester on Monday around 12:25 as I think I seen you as I was on 18200 on the 6
