fix my player career mode where u get good FK statistics yet the coach does not make u the main FK taker, its an algorithm problem that applies at the same way in other games where u get to control the whole team and after u sub the main FK taker the game doesnt always chooses the best one.

When I click transfer before the end season it let's me then as soon as I end season it's makes me pick again and once again the button to accept is missing. Months wasted I'm pissed.

First off, no. The game isn't going to feel new, they'll never make the game enjoyable unless they have real competition.
