New to this series after hearing about it from your interview on X an Ironclad podcast. Really enjoyed this episode. Going to listen to the second one straight away. Can’t wait for the other to come.
My father sold vacuum cleaners for a living. After watching him a couple of times making the sale, I learned how NOT to be manipulated. Best lesson I ever learned.
@allanmargolin Learning how to not be manipulated makes sense to me. Anyone during World War 2 with dirty floors may have benefited from a vacuum cleaner guy showing up with a good product. No need to "embelish" the products' capabilities. Just demonstrate it, and it speaks for itself.
Because Jenner's achievements, which are impressive, matter most to Americans, not so much to others. But relative to the giants of these Games - Nadia C, Juantarina, and Viren, none matched the sponsorship $ Jenner attracted, a metric Americans appreciate.
This podcast seems offensive somehow with of course his signature pretentiousness. Is this guy telling me that we can’t look up all the shit he did? Also…Great. More Nazi content. Might as well watch the history channel. Idk if Malcolm has that channel. They have definitely done an episode on this. NOT 10. He said he barely had a tv. Sad!
Yeah, also looking forward to the series. There is a magical quality to your voice that sings along a story. Thanks!
I must say that he sounds like a Canadian.
Looking forward to the series

We need Dorothy Thompson now!
Thank you Malcolm from Ottawa Canada 🇨🇦💞

Yikes! I love the Olympic too! I’m sad to hear a Nazi connection😢. Thank you for the podcast!

I can make people laugh and say "yes" without stretching the truth. They're not bored at all and actually enjoy giving me their money.

great britain? the US?
How could you reel off Montreal Olympics stars w/out mentioning Bruce Jenner?

@@dweller6065 to put things into context: both Viren and Walker had a lot of help from the All Blacks.
