One thing to keep in mind in the Blitzo v Millie fight is that Blitz has been shown to be able to beat Striker straight up and Millie hasn't. He doesn't flex it often, but he actually is the strongest fighter in the team.
I still think Millie is stronger in terms of raw power, i.e. she hits harder. But Blitz combines it with his acrobatic skills to deliver well-timed precise strikes.
I think people underestimate Blitz because he's such a mess but he tied for first in the Harvest Moon games. He's a legitimate badass, he just hangs out with Millie so we all forget it. Plus Millie's always been vulnerable when she gets too angry and forgets to defend herself, that's how Stryker beat her back in Harvest Moon.
