KFC Bowl Casserole Ingredients Chicken Tenderloins Potatoes Frozen corn thawed Butter Salt Heavy cream or milk Flour Cornstarch Smoked paprika Garlic powder Onion powder Ground black pepper Complete seasoning Kinders Buttery steakhouse 1 egg Brown gravy mix 2 cups grated cheddar Oil for frying Directions Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Wash, dry and cube your tenderloins into bite size pieces Place chicken in a mixing bowl add the egg and all the seasonings (a tablespoon of each) Give it a good mix coating the chicken well Add flour, cornstarch and all the seasonings to a ziplock bag (double the seasonings) Add the chicken to the bag and give it a shake to coat all the chicken Place the chicken on a some aluminum foil and let them hang out for awhile. Add some water to a pot and add a pinch of salt and 3 chicken bouillon cubes bring the water to a boil Peel wash and cubed some potatoes Add the potatoes to the boiling water and boil the potatoes until fork tender. Drain the potatoes Add butter salt, pepper, garlic powder and heavy cream, mash and mix until smooth and lump free Add 4 tbsp of butter to a sauce pan over medium high heat Cook until slightly brown Add 10 oz of the thawed corn to the pan and cook 7-8 minutes Heat up some vegetable oil to 350 degrees Fry your cubed chicken in batches until golden brown Remove and drain on a papertowl Spray a casserole dish with cooking oil Add your mashed potatoes and spread them out Add a layer of cheese to the top Add the corn And another layer of cheese Add the chicken and the remaining cheese Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are heated through Make the gravy according to the package Take the casserole out pour the gravy on top Sprinkle with a little more cheese and Serve!
