    Hari Om Guruji,
    Pranaams 🙏
Thanks for the powerful session today along with the blast of energy.
Setting the chain reaction is the key wherein it first starts with us putting in the effort and then the divine grace and blessings will flow back to us and while doing this we need to keep our bhavana pure which will make the divine energy to flow within us and help us evolve in whatever way we pursue, whether wordly or spiritual.
The weaknesses of our mind is that it tries to gather more and more information and secondly tries to compare so we need to ensure that we don't flitter away our energy by doing tapas or yagna and use it to achieve our goals.
The explanation of God from the Brahmanda level like Lord Shiva, Vishnu etc who are the direct manifestation of the infinite and from wordly level like Lord Ganesha ( success)
Maa Lakshmi (wealth) etc were very powerful. The more we divinise our goal it will help us evolve spiritually and worldly
The way to transform our life is to absorb and put it into pratice this wisdom.
Thanks once again for the powerful session today. Eagerly awaiting for the release of our next yoga sankirtan material Shri Hanumath Dhyana and do sadhana with it.
    Pranaams,
    Sadhak-
    Narayan

    Hari Om GuruDev!
Infinitely grateful to you for the inspiring session today. The nididyasana sadhana was very deep and empowering. Thank you so so so very much GuruDev.
    Inputs from today's session:-
The two major blocks of the mind:
The mind gets into two blocks. One is it lingers all the way to gain more information superficially. The other is it compares its preconceived notions with the wisdom.
To get free from these blocks, we have to first curb our mind from running towards informational sources which leads to the build up of energy which we should direct towards the higher - getting into the depth of these verses. Then we have to set aside our preconceived notions and receive the higher wisdom with the depth.
The self control and conservation of our energy is Tapas. Through Tapas only we can attain gnyana yagnya.
The meaning of Devah with respect to each Loka:
    Devah - God
    i) The Brahamanda Loka of which we experience only a small portion.
Here the meaning of Devah means the nature and the elements out of which everything have been created. In order to receive the blessing from the nature we have to be respectful towards nature.
ii) The Bahyata Loka which is the outer Loka - the world that we experience. We have some worldly goals which we should make into a divine goal by looking at our goals as the energy of God.
Infinite thanks to you GuruDev for everything.
    Deepest Gratitude and Humble Pranaams.
    Hari Om GuruDev.

    Hari Om Yogishri 🙏
To get to the depth of anything requires focus, time and effort. Our minds constantly tend to go extroverted and remain superficial. We have to apply self control, conserve our energies and channelize it towards the higher. We can't be indisciplined and hope for success in any field. Only when we go into the depth, we can absorb the wisdom. Our mind also tends to compare and reconcile the principles with our preconceived notions. This blocks us from absorbing.
The basis of all sadhana is the yagnya of offering our karmas and kindling the fire of Infinite wisdom.
We have to play our part and put in the efforts to the best of our abilities to 'nourish the Gods' and receive the blessings/ healing gracefully. In every role we are playing, we have to focus on doing our part well.
Our minds have the weakness of focusing on what we lack and keep wanting from others and complaining. We have to change this energy pattern in us. In every situation focus on what we need to do.
At the cosmic/ brahmaand level - Devas are the various forces of nature. We have to function in a way that supports nature. Build the bhavana of being grateful to nature.
At the relative outer world level - Devas are the various wordly goals. We have to divinise our goals and see them as various manifestations of divinity. Then all our worldly pursuits become divine & spiritual sadhana🙏
Thank you so very much Yogishri 🙏

    Hari Om,
Thank you for the discourse Yogishri. 🙏🏻
First and foremost, very happy to hear the announcement of the empowerment and the grand release. Thank you.
Today’s discourse spoke about conserving energies and and devoting it to the higher for ultimate purpose. It is important to put effort into the saadna we do and absorb and grow spiritually. There are 3 Lokas and when we nourish, we are nourished back. Thank you Yogishri 🙏🏻

    Tasmai Shri Guruvey Namaha 🙏🙏🙏
***’’The entire Sadhna is based on the principle of yagnya through your tapas. Fundamentally you offer all your karmas and kindle the fire of Infinite wisdom which is yagnya. Tapas means you apply the principle of self-control and conserve all your energy, focus and redirect towards the Infinite. Thus you nourish the Divine nature within you. And whatever you give comes back to you with more force and intensity’’
Excellent guidance Yogishri…love this excavation ; I will be more dedicated and increase my depth in sadhana Sir.
*** Yogishri , this was the first thought that came to me as soon as I woke up this morning…I want to follow certain things like fasting one day a week, for Bajarangbali & spend some time listening to Hanuman chalisa everyday …not sure what else I can do to increase my tapas towards the November 10th release of The Sadhana of Hanumanji. Can you please Guide us towards this thought.
Wholeheartedly thankful & grateful to You Yogishri, for your love, guidance , healing, for the Yoga Sankirtan series, the sunday discourse being online etc etc.

    Namaste Guruji,
    Thank you.
The clarity of the same messages get deeper each time we hear it.
    What inspired me today:
Divinise the worldly goal:it’s the path to nourishment of the Devas in the worldly sense.
(it’s also a good and timely motivation)
    Energising:recognition of the divinity .
    With sincere thanks,

    Hari Om Yogishri,
Thank you so much for today's discourse and meditation.
Some important points from today's discourse:
    1. We need to choose Vignyana (deeper wisdom) over Nyaya ( knowledge without depth).
    2. We need to choose Vignyaya, which is basically the yogic approach, by building up the energy flow and then using that built up energy to go deeper.
    3. How to build up energy?
    A. It is through not let the mind waver everywhere and use that energy to go deeper.
    B. Whenever we go deeper, that wisdom may be compared to our preconceived notions and an analysis may be carried out, such actions must be avoided.
It is by these two ways we can conserve and build up our energy and not fritter away our built up energy.
    4. We need to see divinity in all actions. When we relate to all our actions through the divinity, then all our actions become divine.
    5. We need to bring in the approach of identifying our duty in all actions rather than seeing our benefit/gains from such actions.
    6. Seeing only our gains and saying we will do our duty later is a tamasic attitude and that must be avoided.
Thank you so much Yogishri. 🙏

Thank you Yogishri for today's Divine session.
Tapas is the essential part of Yagna ,and we need toconserve our energies for reachingvthe divinty1
    There are 2 challeneges here
First is- Mind will run halterskalter and we need to bring mind to to focus
second is mind will compare with pleconceived notions
we need to direct the energies in right direction
entire sadhana of yagna is to burn tje karmas and kindlenthe fire of wisdom
At whatever level we are, we need to put efforts to divinize whatever we are doing.
Need to feel gratitude in what we have.
    there are 3 lokas
Brahamanda - Devas in this loka are forces of nature like earth, water, fire, air and space.
We shall respect and protect these forces and confirm our lifestyles to align with these forces
Bhahayaloka - all external aspects like carrer, wealth, family friends, knowledge are devas here
we need to look into these aspects as divinity and practice it
and third loka is Antaryaloka which is aspects like prana, wisdom, intellectual
You have explained it so beautifully and practically in this session, that it directly resonates with whatever we do in our day tobday life.
    with utmost gratitide

    Hari Om Yogishri,
    Points to ponder:
    1. Tapas - conserving energy for using it for a higher cause is called tapas. Even to achieve something in life, we need to do tapas. Receiving and absorbing the knowledge and making it one's own is key to mastery in anything. Blocks in the way of mastery are craving of the mind for variety and comparing with previously learnt concepts.
    2. Nourishing the Gods in the cosmos and immediate external world by seeing divinity in nature. Living in line with nature. Seeing success as the energy of lord Ganesha, similarly knowledge as Saraswati and wealth as Lakshmi.
    Thanks a lot Yogishri.

Thank you Sri Yogisrhi for the session and for explaining different loka-s.
The following points were gathered during the session:
The deeper messages needs focus and takes time to assimilate.
Yogic method is tapas in itself.
In tapas one applies self-control, conserve energy, and prevent mind from loitering (tapas point 1). Jnyanam (knowledge) must be combined with vijnyanam (wisdom).
Undisciplined life is to be avoided.
Only via application of tapas one can advance spiritually.
One must avoid comparison (tapas point 2) with other learnt behaviors or preconceived notions when involved in yogic method of study.
There is a common thread connecting all the enunciated principles.
Superficial understanding acts as a block to spiritual progress.
Yajna is to transcend from form to formless reality.
May you nourish gods i.e., divine nature in oneself which is an effort on the part of the sadaka-s and gods in turn will nourish the sadaka-s.
By playing ones part in yajna one would receive without asking what one needs and more.
BhAvana is the key in the process of yajna.
There are three types of loka-s that was talked about last week.
Brahmanda loka (the Universe), bAhya loka (immediate environment such as family, friends, profession), and anthar loka or inner world.
    These loka-s are ones experiences.
The word devah is applicable at all the three levels.
The Brahmanda loka devah represents different forces of nature. Brhama is the force of creation, Vishnu is the force of maintenance, and Shiva, the force of annihilation.
Devah represents both male and female gender.
Different gods represent at cosmic level different types of natural forces.
One must nurture nature, otherwise nature will dissuade us.
One must adhere to rules of the nature.
Gods in bhaahya loka represent different worldly goals such as wealth, success, knowledge etc.
Seeing divinity in these objectives makes it divine and one becomes godly.

    HariOm Guruji , Namaha 🙏
I am always grateful for having got connected to You. But today i thank Goddess Saraswati for giving this connection which has helped me so much in life by receiving this divine knowledge and wisdom. And i thank You also Guruji for inculcating some divinity into this consciousness. 😊
We all pray , eat, drink, etc daily. But divinising every act is an eye opener. Really and honestly, will work with this principle.
On Krishna Jayanti day, i remembered Your principle and decided to remove a weed from within me and thereby plant a positive seed within me. This time i am serious about riddance of this weed. And i will definitely succeed this time.
At the beginning of the verse, i was thinking how can i nourish the Gods. But now a lot is clarified. And will practice these principles. Actually my mornings are becoming richer day by day. Everyone else also must be experiencing the same, i am sure..
The explanation of the 2 lokas is interesting. Will delve more into them.😊
Picturing the world without Earth is very humorous and also serious food for thought. This food is both Lakshmi and Saraswati 😊. Thank You again for this awareness creation.
Aham Brahma Asmi : the splitting of these 3 words was very divinising.
    Thank You Guruji.
    Sadhak 🙏😊

    Humble pranams,Yogishri🙏🙏
Many thanks for today's very inspiring session .
What I am doing in life? Am I doing my role perfectly? I should keep asking these questions.
My ultimate purpose in this human form has been given to become one with the infinite. That is why God has come in the form of Guru to reach Him.
    3 types of loka:
    1. Brahmanda loka : cosmic forces, forces of nature. See Earth as manifestation of Bhoomi matha or prithvi Deva. See rain as God Varuna. See air as Lord Vayu. Without nature we cannot even exist.
    2. Bhahya loka -
Relative world. To achieve worldly goals, I need to put efforts first and then only God will help me.
I should start seeing divinity in every aspects of my life moment by moment. When I read or see books, I should bow down to Goddess Saraswathi. When I enjoy my wealth, see money ,then I should divinise with Goddess Lakshmi. When I become successful, instantly I should see that as manifestation of Lord Ganesha. When I eat food , remember & thank Anna Lakshmi thayar.
When I drink water, thank Varuna Deva. By doing this every moment moment of my life will become divine thereby I will also become humble by being grateful.
    3. Inner world - How am I relating to nature? Today I don't even care or bother. I am simply caught up in worldly pursuits. I should give energy to my goals by divinising.
Then there will be sacredness in all that I do.
Thank you so much Yogishri, I am able to understand much better than last week. I will start to practice these principles in my everyday life.
Thanks for making a better person everyday.
Ananta koti pranam to you, Yogishri 🙏

Thank you, Yogishri, for this beautiful session
Starting the chain reaction: Nourishing the gods
Nourishing the gods here refers to putting in the right efforts in the area you want to move forward. Once you complete your duty, the rest will follow
    Austerity and sacrifice
Austerity or sacrifice is the method of using your self-control to channel your mind away from various areas that it is expending energy on and then directing it towards your chosen target and putting all the conserved energy into that area.
    Your Duty
Always ask in every area what is your duty, and this will automatically take you forward towards doing the right actions
    The 3 kinds of Gods
The Gods are ways of divining every aspect of your life. Your life can be divided into three worlds of interaction
    1. The Cosmic World or the Brahmada Mandala
This refers to the natural world around you, the sun, the stars, nature, etc. One needs to do one's duty towards these for our own inner balance.
    2. The Outer World or the Bahyathara Mandala
The outer world is the immediate circle we relate to, including our family, friends, society, beings, and the nature we immediately work around.
    3. The Inner World or the Antarika Mandala
This refers to the inner world, including the physical body, the mind, the emotions and so on.
One has to nourish each of these areas, and one way of doing that is to be able to see the divinity in them. When you area able to see each goal of your desires, be it success, learning or wealth as divine, then you would be able to put energy towards it, in the form of nourishing the gods and this will keep you away from putting in energy into wrong modes of achieving these.

    Hari Om
In this satsung the main focus is on importance Tapasya and discipline required on the part of seeker in this journey. Appears easy but the hurdle for the seeker in enforcing discipline and consistency is his own inherited genetical traits and deep rooted habits over a period of years.
That may possibly be reason, it is said, the journey should start at the early age itself, before habits become concretized. Moreover in this mobile phone driven life style, even to pay attention and focus,( which is an important aspect of discipline as yogisri puts it), itself has become challenge.
Look upon everything as expression of divinity and bowing down appears to be the only way, Pranams Yogisri

    Pranam Yogishri
Thank you Yogishri for today's Divine session.
Yogic approach of this ancient Divine wisdom is Tapas, sadhana.
Tapas - (i) Conserving our energy through self control and discipline; and
(ii) Focusing on the higher, directing the energies to go into the depth, towards the Infinite.
Mind must be clean and clear, the two blocks are the mind wants to run everywhere - extroverted nature; always comparing what it knows - reconcile preconceived notions.
Tapas is an essential aspect of Yogic approach. Tapas is Yagya.
Sadhana :- Always ask yourself - What do I need to do? What is my duty? What is my role? Practice, build the attitude Bhavana to put efforts, be thankful grateful for all the Infinite blessings.
The forces of Nature are Godly, beyond us. Always be grateful towards the nature and its different forms.
We need to function in the way that supports the nature, not disturb.
We need to live a life by following the rules of nature.
Worldly goals - we need to Divinise our goals, our goals are manifestations of the Divinity. We need to pursue our goals with this Divine Bhavana. Consistently doing our Sadhana, by bowing down to the Highest Infinite Formless Reality.
    Thank you Yogishri
    HARI OM

    Vanakkam Yogishri
    My understanding is as below
Austerity is conserving energy and focusing on your goal. Your ultimate goal is to become one with God
You need to do Tapas to follow Austerity. 2 blocks for doing tapas is mind not being in control and mind comparing with your preconceived notions
Nourishing the gods- Doing first what you need to do. What can I do is the first question you always need to ask.
    There 3 types of Loka.
    1. Bramanda loka- Cosmic world. World of nature. Our Rishis have linked all the forces of nature to divinity. Hence you need to see all nature as divine
    2. Outer world- world around you. All aspects you need like wealth, knowledge are linked to divinity.
    3. Inner world.

    Hari Om,
Thank you Sir. I was blessed to hear the following in today's session.
We should penetrate the verses instead of following them superficially. That is what the Yogic Approach does. This requires Tapas. Tapas is the performance of austerities to achieve a goal. You control your senses to conserve your energy and direct that energy towards the Higher.
The Yogic Approach requires focus. What does focus mean here?
    * First, we don't let our energy dissipate by reading a thousand things. A thinker was asked if he was a voracious reader. He replied that if he had been a voracious reader, he would have been an ignoramus! The mind likes to ramble externally towards more and more external information. We should exert effort and direct our attention to the context at hand, here the Bhagavad Gita, without any preconceived notions.
    * Second, the mind likes to compare new information with past information it has. We should avoid that as well when listening to the sessions.
When we do these two things, the energy and wisdom flow into us.
Tapas is conserving energy and directing it towards a goal. This process is required even for a worldly goal. Here, we are talking about the spiritual goal, the Higher.
Develop the discipline of doing Sadhana at a regular time.
Yagnya is based on the principle of Tapas. In Yagnya, we are sacrificing ignorance and the fire of wisdom rises within us.
*May you nourish the Gods by this, may the Gods nourish you"
When you put in the effort to "nourish" the Gods, the Gods will nourish you. This happens only in sequence. We can't get the second without the first. We have to start the chain reaction.
There are Supreme Gods: Brahma - God of creation, Vishnu - God of maintenance, Shiva - God of destruction, Muruga, Ganesha, Goddess Parvathi, Lakshmi and Saraswathi, etc. Thile these Gods seem to have different forms, when you apply the Yogic approach, we can see that the underlying base for all Gods is all the same Infinite Formless Reality. Our goal is to merge with the Infinite Reality.
There are three Lokas in this context. First, the Brahmanda Loka which is the universe where the Gods are the Forces of Nature. In this context, "may you nourish the Gods" means first don't disturb nature and second, align your actions to support nature.
The Yogis divinized all the Forces of Nature such as Surya Deva for the Sun, Varuna Deva for water, Indra Deva for the rain, Prithvi Devi for the Earth. The five elements are also forces of nature. Imagine if Earth wasn't there, how would we hold the November 10th Shri Hanumath Dhyana Yoga Sankirtan release?
The second Loka is the Bahya Loka, our immediate world. The Yogis were more than geniuses. Recognizing that the mind anyway goes towards worldly goals, they divinized them. So success is Lord Ganesha, wealth is Goddess Lakshmi, knowledge is Goddess Saraswathi. So "may you nourish the Gods" means we should consider our worldly goals as manifestation of Divinity. Bowing down to the food, it energized the food. When we drink water, it is a manifestation of Divinity. We are drinking Divinity as it were. In our aspect of our life, if we start divinizing, we become divine. This is the Sadhana application of "May you nourish the Gods by this" with respect to the external world.
The third Loka is Antara Loka, our inner world.
    Thank you Sir.

    Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you Swamiji for today’s wonderful discourse. Pranams Guruji🙏🙏
Our mind should be clear, open, single focused and receptive to the principles from our ancient wisdom. When we absorb these principles, we should never get constrained with our pre-conceived notions. All these principles and approach may look different but all are one and same.
Our experiences are of three types Brahmanda Loka (Earth, Sky etc) Bhagya Loka (outer world - Wealth, career, family friends etc.,) Antara Loka (inner world- our internal bodies, Pranas, emotions, thoughts, Jivatma etc).
Our entire Sadhana is based on the principles of Yagna. We offer our Karmas in the fire of Sadhana, our whole life should be a Sadhana conforming to the nature
We should live our life according to the nature, confirming our life to natural laws and be thankful to the nature.
We should start seeing everything that is happening inside/outside us as the manifestation of the divinity. Look at both Spritual and worldly goals as the manifestation of divinity. We should start divinising each and every aspect of our life.
When we start practising these principles every aspect of our life will become divine.
Thanks again Yogishri for today’s deep and amazing meditation session installing deeper Sadhana aspect into our sub-conscious minds 🙏🙏🙏

    Hariom Yogishri
    Koti koti pranam
    Today's points #
1/ God is infinite , formless reality. Any physical form is manifestation of that God's. Yogi's have represented various aspects of this infinite as various God.As there are infinite aspects hence there are so many Gods in our culture. Each aspect is represented as देवha. ( God and Godess ) .
    2. A sadhaks तपस is do saadhna regularly. Identify what is the role or duty he/she has to play in various aspects of life ( ब्रह्मांड, बहाया लोका, अन्तर लोका) . Perform those perfectly . This is the real meaning of giving it to God's. Once you do this God's will give it you means you will get the blessings as results.
    3. Mind has 2 weaknesses
Wandering away all the time and give doing comparisons. A sadhak has to learn controlling these by sadhna and save wasting energy. This saved energy to be channeled in doing karmas in correct way. By doing so each karma will become worship.
    4. One should see wealth as an enabler to fulfil the duties. It is a manifestation of infinite ( Godess Laxmi ) . There is no harm in accumulating in righteous way.

    Hari Om Yogishri...Pranams...
--> Do we really have necessary tools with us enough to comment on the discourses given by our Divine Master...Are we really at that level...Definitely no...The discourses are so comprehensive...Every discourse covers life fully...Every discourse is new and fresh...
--> There are two important aspects in our sadhna. One is conserving the energies and two is channelising them to our chosen goals.
--> The very nature of the mind is to ramble and keep running away from our chosen goals. But this is what the real challenge. To curtail the mind and put it on track. Its a constant challenge.
--> Devah : We are born in Gods, we are living in Gods and we will die in Gods. This cycle seems to be eternal. Now our job is only one thing. As long as we are in this cycle, lets lead our life with dignity. This is really a big challenge. To come out of the cycle, my God, seems to be really a big phenomenon. Let the Gods only take care of that. As the days are progressing, as the depth is increasing, the distance also seems to be increasing. Sometimes vice versa.
    Thank You Master....

    Hari Om Yogishri🙏🏻
The points learned in today's lecture are :-
    1. Austerity means controlling our Mind and gathering our energies to focus it on achieving our goal.
    2. Mind has a tendency to keep rambling at different things and also has a tendency to keep comparing the things which we know with the things which we are learning a fresh.
    3. Using the Yogic approach, we should stop wastage of our energies by keeping our Mind blank and absorbing the knowledge imparted to us.
    4. As a sadhak, our approach towards Sunday Discourse should not be to acquire more and more knowledge but to absorb it and to make it our own so that it will become part of us.
    5. Whenever we are performing a certain role then we should just do it fully with the right Bhavana. This will set a chain reaction which will ultimately bring good to us.
    6. In the case of the outer world, we should be grateful to the various Natural Forces. The effect of which will be that we automatically will try to bring less harm to them as well as will also try to follow the natural rules in our life.
    7. In the case of the inner world, divinize it with the various things which we are seeking in our life.
    8. If we are seeking success then look for Lord Ganesha in it. If we are seeking knowledge or career then look for Goddess Saraswati in it. If we are seeking wealth then look for Goddess Laxmi in it.
    9. This way we will look for divinity in our worldly pursuits as well as we will not get involved in them.
    10. Doing Daily Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana at a particular time every day as well as attending Sunday Discourse at the given time of 7.00 am IST is also doing Tapas/Austerity on our part in a small way. It's great divine blessing that Yoga Sankirtan Sadhana has been revealed to us.
    Thank you Yogishri☺️🌹

    Dear Yogishri
Pranam. I am putting a question in a seperate comment. I typed following point post today's session but when I think deeper I get more questions
    4. One should see wealth as an enabler to fulfil the duties. It is a manifestation of infinite ( Godess Laxmi ) . There is no harm in accumulating in righteous way.
    My question is #
Even if acquire wealth in righteous way ..
How do differentiate between craving versus Godess Laxmi aspect in this process. I feel lot of energy gets wasted thinking about money and wealth. How to qualify the goal of acquiring wealth.? While we may know current duties but difficult to guess need of wealth for future duties. Kindly suggest
