We should be careful on money useage,if you are not spending to earn back, then stop spending.

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things

I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommend Mr Brian Nelson. I met him at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.

How can there be proper fire separation between suites if I can smell smoke from my neighbours.

I see cranes and construction everywhere in downtown Toronto and it's basically impossible to go from point A to point B without losing it. Street cars are such a waste of time. They take forever. Basically the infrastructure is very obsolete for a big city like Toronto. I guess those politicians didn't think it through, just caring about themselves, as usual.....They keep on increasing taxes but for what exactly???

I had the exact same issue and after some much complaining the building management eventually told me they are allowed to smoke in their unit because of the same law you mentioned before it was changed they had the exemption, it's a joke.. One of many reasons I sold my Condo, never looking back.

Live in BC. Love the ones that pay the baylaw infraction fines (either for non-smoking or the generic nuisance bylaw that could be used) and chaulk it up to the cost of "enjoying being able to smoke in their home" while the neighbours places permanently reek of ashtray and they're now on $$$ increased asthma meds.
Also will NEVER own a strata/condo again. Bylaws only work with reasonable people. get enough people together in one building/complex you'll have a # that will never be reasonable. There's once bitten- twice shy, our case was more once mauled, would rather be homeless bc I ain't doing that again.

pets must be kept inside in my complex, no wandering cats allowed... but my cat was old and I was told "he's grandfathered in." When he died there were suddenly mice everywhere, we got a new cat and management said "we'll consider it as the same cat"

In my building, that lady let her cats run around in the corridor, that's really annoying and disrespectful because they just follow you everywhere.

@@Carolinapetroska well if dogs run around inside apartment buildings and poop / pee on the carpet (I have seen it) then why would cats be banned

Come on condos, pick up your slack. I need you to keep up with semis and towns.

Alsp why is 4,000 condos on the market a lot? There are like 5 million people in this city

Hi Andrew. By ‘a lot’, I’m comparing to how many are being purchased.

You keep comparing this years sales to last year which was an absolute disaster as far as sales went. Try including 2021 and 2022 then we will see what really happened. If you are not happy with doing that then how about a five year average.

Really ? if it was really a ''non smoking '' building..it becomes a ''bi law'' and then a fine. there is no such thing as a smoking building. besides no one smokes in 2024 Y ou never finish your stories? like the 10,000 $ and extension story. What they did not smell it as they viewed it ?

    • @teamsessa
      @teamsessa  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

Hi Stephen, there are smoking buildings, where you’re allowed to smoke in your unit (not in common areas). I purchased one for a buyer last year, he’s a heavy smoker and he wants to smoke in his unit.
And not knowing how a story ends is called a cliffhanger, and you’ll have to wait for next season to know what happened. 🤣
