Lol don't even think about it gt 710 is very weak. Even the vega 8 in that apu outperforms it at fair margin. Get a used GTX 960 or Rx 570 for better performance.
Just sell that gt 710 and buy apu like amd Ryzen 5 3400g pair it with double channel ram with 3200 mhz for eg 4x4 or 8x8. 16 gb ram would be good and if you need a GPU then I would suggest you to get a GPU like rx 570.
