As someone who has experienced a traumatic experience at the salon with the hairdresser bleaching my hair so badly it fell out you really made me feel comfortable in this video. If only all hairdressers could be this kind , patient, and empathetic! You did an amazing job especially explaining what you’re doing with the hair and making small talk to make your client more comfortable in the hair cut process… thank you for this video.
