What I do to get out of a funk is to pre plan my days, stay disciplined & set up specific time blocks to complete my tasks. Learning to quit procrastinating is very hard but gets easier with time. Work can be overwhelming and can lead to your mind & body shutting down at some point. Last tip, give your body & mind time to rest. Rest is productive. Go out in nature or do something you’ve never done before to spark your creative mind.
Getting into a funk as content creator is the worst! and I find it extremely difficult to get back after being away for awhile. Best thing you can do is to keep creating and shoot even if you don't post so that you don't loose momentum. You've got this gurl! we're rooting for you!
