I dont use Toya but I get 2 4* in a pull. Child toya and that card when he sings mirai.

my biggest flex is that i got 2 4* (on EN server) back to back (almost, there was 1 2* between them) at 2 pity, and one of them was the an card

Luckily I got both of them within 100 pulls. I only allow myself either 100 or 200 pulls since any pulls in between would be waste of stickers
