Those who fail in ICC events, esp ICC KnockOut Matches should be imposed with Financial Penalties and Loss of Brand Sponsorship. 3. No player with a poor Performance (esp in Knockout matches) should play same-format Consecutive ICC Tournaments, eg:- If you fail in Current edition of World Cup / CT then sit Home for the next edition. 4. India should curb IPL and instead hold Tri-Nation or Quad-Nation or 5-Nation series (similar to Sharjah Cup & Australian Tri Series) prior to any ICC Tournament. 5. India should have format-specific teams. Test-specific, ODI-specific & T20I-specific. 6. India should change its approach from "Batting-dominant" Team to "Bowling & Fielding Dominant" Team. 7. BCCI has done mistake allowing to create alternative t-20 format with other franchise like CSK, MI, ROYALS, KKR, ETC in different countries like SL, SA, WI, USA & others. They are putting more focus on IPL instead of international cricket. This is too bad that players are playing just for money
1. BCCI should make a Rule, "Only players who perform well in ICC Tournaments should play IPL", Those who do well in ICC KnockOut Matches should get more preference.
2. Those who fail in ICC events, esp ICC KnockOut Matches should be imposed with Financial Penalties and Loss of Brand Sponsorship.
3. No player with a poor Performance (esp in Knockout matches) should play same-format Consecutive ICC Tournaments, eg:- If you fail in Current edition of World Cup / CT then sit Home for the next edition.
4. India should curb IPL and instead hold Tri-Nation or Quad-Nation or 5-Nation series (similar to Sharjah Cup & Australian Tri Series) prior to any ICC Tournament.
5. India should have format-specific teams. Test-specific, ODI-specific & T20I-specific.
6. India should change its approach from "Batting-dominant" Team to "Bowling & Fielding Dominant" Team.
7. India should invest more in producing Batsmen with a Higher SR and those who can convert Scores into Big Numbers. India should also invest in its Fielders and Fast Bowling line-up.

BCCI has done mistake allowing to create alternative t-20 format with other franchise like CSK, MI, ROYALS, KKR, ETC in different countries like SL, SA, WI, USA & others.
Sad part of story is that Pakistanis are enjoying this vacuum created due to restrictions on players by BCCI to play foreign leauges.

if player is performing well in long format,,still he have to prove him in IPL

One thing that BCCI should make sure that no foreign players play in IPL , no foreign coaches should be there for IPL teams, no of IPL matches should be made less, make IPL after or very before icc tournaments or make IPL Periodically like world cup(a gap of 2-5 years).
Players- players like virat, rohit other capped players should play very less IPL matches and they can play ranji trophy, the young generations should be given more chances in IPL....
