MR will diminish the remaining player base of OW, may not kill it, but will definitely hurt it. MR looking so damn good and the characters are very true to their abilities from comics and other media
I was able to stream in full screen game capture on OBS studio no problem really. Only thing is frames go into the 50-60 fps range sometimes on certain maps while streaming. Specifically two of the night levels. Anyways I think the problem is definitely on your end if you haven't figured it out. My game capture picks it up no issue.
