Yes this was performed on Singer 2020. I love this song as I feel the trilogy of songs of which this is part 2 is very well thought out both musically and lyrically. I agree the ending of Madhouse is beautiful and hopeful with the final piano being the opening of the very moving Conversation With Children of Mars. He truly is a unique and brilliant artist. Sadly getting hold of his work here in the UK is really difficult.
