Nah man 1/8 mile in my opinion is harder and more interesting, comes down more to reaction time traction on launch and so forth especially on a short wheel based bike. Love the content man keep it up!
Good for you Craig, I've been drag racing motorcycles before most of these people were born. The money guys can pull a top end win with their high dollar bikes, but in the eighth, you need to be on your games. Ride On Sir !!!
You're giving all them Yamaha guys hope but what they will fail to realize is you're a lot lighter than Big Kuntry & that makes a world of difference plus your skills are way high than any other Yamaha drag racer.
It's cool seeing the young kids. When I first started driving, I remember showing up to greer and seeing you on the back tire for the whole 1/8th never cracking the throttle. Then your brother would roll into the box on a pocket rocket. Haha. That was like 20 years ago.
Awesome video. Question for you Chris, the R1-M comes with launch control. I was wondering why it wasn’t used for the runs. It can rev up to 9k. I was hoping to see it in action.
Well ,I assume it’s camera angle making look like gixxer squid mullet bro (😂)was starting ahead almost everytime ….lol love how it turned into Yamaha sponsor plea
Where the Yamaha r1m shines is in a road circuit. That’s what she was built and designed for, just a upgrade one brake pads and brake fluid a 520 conversion kit exhaust system and tune. Absolute weapon.
Yeah my one and only idol in dragster rider is you MR CHRIS MOORE…straight to the point content videos no more inserting fancy video effects intro hehehe! RIDE SAFE MOORE and RIDE VERYFAST💪🏽🫡 SUZUKIS THE BEST!
I for one will say I’ve been watching you at Greer since I was little and we definitely aren’t blessed with the quarter mile in our little part of the country closet one we have is hours out I wanna know how fast that swapped banshee did back in the day I loved that thing as a child
Great video, I’m for Suzuki on the street, but love them Yamaha”s in the dirt. I own 2 Suzuki 1100,and a Yamaha yz450f &yz125. So I love both brands. 1 question? Do u have a lane u prefer over the other? If both lanes are perfect cond. Do u like one more than the other? Just curious. Love your videos, keep them coming.✌️
I believe you can have the same success with that bike or better with that R1 V Max person myself, as you have had with any bike it's in the left hand and so far you are the best I've seen
@@TeamMooreMafia Tenfo… question for you… y’all did the tune on my gen 3 busa and I was wondering if I could send it back to get rid of the 5000 rpm cut off on the burble or at least lower the cut to like 3000 rpm’s??? you pretty much have to be around 7000 rpm’s to catch more then a couple pops before it reaches the 5000 rpm cut off and 7000 rpm’s is flying less you’re on the interstate…
You know what's ridiculous about these videos? When chris is just "rambling" about something that might be causing an issue, like, for example, the throttle plates at about the 8 minute mark where he's talking about how the bike is behaving... I'd bet money that he's 100% right about that being the issue. Pretty much everything he says turns out to be right. Obviously not every single time ever, but this dude's forgot more about motors than any 10 people will ever learn, and this guy's just getting started. His brother ain't no slouch either, even though I don't think Kountry is QUITE as serious about competition.... but its crazy how chris is just able to intuitively "feel" the cause of whatever issue he's trying to solve at any given time, on ANY bike with ANY setup. That's crazy. I suspect Kountry's got some skill in that regard too, but in much the same way as kountry doesn't seem to have as much of a drive to compete, it seems like kountry also isn't super driven to be in front of a camera. Which is cool, good on kountry for knowing what he likes and what he's wanting to do in life... But now I'M rambling. Anyway, as always, fantastic videos.
Nice!!! I love seeing the R1M kicking some butt on the strip
This is the best content on youtube. Moore Mafia killing it in '23

Great family competition. I had a lot of fun watching you too race together.
Not going to lie, been a Yamaha fan since I was a little kid. Impatiently waiting to see the progress on the R1M!!!
It’s honestly amazing that it performed like that at the strip. It’s gonna be disgusting stretched
Negative... As long as he doesn't stretch it more than 3-4" it'll still look killer.
@@TheOperator150 I didn’t mean disgusting like that lol I own a stretched bike

Love the track content! Keep it up!
PS: Still loving the ECU flash I got from you on my gen2 Zx10r.
Thank you

Loved the video Chris!! Nothing like brothers beating up on each other with some brotherly LOVE😍. @ChokerTV Modified!!!

1\8 is where its at the front half is the most important. 60 330 and 1\8 mile.

Great racing, thanks for sharing! I like Suzuki but the R1 is the bike for me.
Legend says - He's the stuntman from TRON movie ! 😎

A while back ago Chris was talking Suzuki nation now it’s Yamaha nation. But as long as it’s all about the fun.
#zukenation is still the real deal. I'm just having fun showing what the yamaha can do.
@@TeamMooreMafia I know brotha.. having fun is what it’s about. I do think Yamaha could make a better bike tho. U seen that when u did my 2021 r1
I would love to see more mods on it that's a rocket ship for a almost stock

Road the wheelie down to 83ish... sheesh that was a hell of ride!
Sweet video Mr. Moore. I have a track 18 R1. You talk about the shit oem clutch. What should I switch to for aftermarket clutch?
Sick R1M 🔥
The aerodynamic drag caused by the mullet is slowing the Suzuki down
😆 🤣
So excited Chris ya ktg 🙏☝️👍🏼👊👈🤘🔥🚀👀👉💫💃😝💚
Its going to smash that record just wait and see
I was on the starting line saying pressure bust pipes, lol
Love your videos brother 👍🏾👍🏾
Haters complain all you want about 1/8 mile racing. The second half of a quarter is all determined by the 330!
🤣🤣🤣🤣‼️ i’m having a blast ridng along!!!🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍‼️
Any progress on the 2023 ZX10 Chris ?
The factory launch control on the R1 is either 8k or 9k in the settings.
CM dollar sign with the rider mod. Went across little brothers ass on that first one😂😂😂
what was your speed on the 6.02 pass?
Brother has good taste lmao glad to see DannyDuncan has fans everywhere hahaha keep up the videos Chris 🙌🏻🙌🏻 definitely enjoy the content

I heard you mentioned your back and forth from SC to NC where at in NC y'all ride at? I'm here in Fayetteville
yeah you gotta adjust that clutch on minimum settings and yes there is a slight delay 😂.
Zuke nation 🤘🏻
ALWAYS
Yamaha clutches aren’t bad they’re just meant for road racing not drag racing. It’s a sport bike.
🔥 BUSSING 🔥
i need that shirt from big country…. is that his merch ??
It’s a Danny Duncan merchandise
Im buying a 2003 ZX12 as my first byke to drag racing any suggestions?
Lol, love the brother rivalry
For sure. We have fun doing this stuff together.
What was the mph on the 6.02 pass? The R1 looks great
Great content
Does Country have the Brock’s mod in his clutch?
Ball bearing to the R1 clutch and problem solved
Crazy number 😳
It's the weight difference Big Country but Zuke Nation Forever
Nice! I hit 5.98 full weight launching at 10k try 10krpm! You were too low forsure! You’re about to kill the r1 game I already know!
No performance mods to the r1?
Ready for this baby to be the next giveaway bike

Race the R1M or That Gixxer with some McLaren 720s or 765LT
That’s what I say about my R1 clutch all the time. Lol it’s not consistent 😂
“We’ve never ran …”
Another dividend from the of South Carolina.
Big Kountry has to stop wheeling
Peru Para el World Saludos
good riding
How many hp & torqu on your r1m
ZUKE FUCKING NATION!!!
Don’t forget, if Big Kountry was a skinny mofugga like Chris, he would have ridden out of that piano bike’s life!! 😂
Is there a reason you're not using the factory launch control or at least showing it's capabilities?
That came off passive aggressive, I just genuinely don't know if there is a reason
You guys crack me up.
The camera view you are using looks like u are giving big country a 1 bike head start every race
R1M playing those notes

Suzuki stopped updating the gsxr after 2017. These gixxers are 6 years old by now. This proves how well made they were
Did you flash that 2023 GSX r1000r yet
