    Being the younger brother of NBA PG, Jrue Holiday and 2015 NBA Champion, Justin Holiday is tough task to bare. For Aaron Holiday, he has had the good fortune of adding to his game from watching his older siblings. After they watch this video, the older Holidays might think twice about how they press him on defense because he could catch them slipping on a good day.
    Make sure to check out “Heart of the City | Los Angeles” on Sunday, July 26th.
    Los Angeles, CA will always be the land of glitz and glamour. But how does the next batch of hoop stars not get caught up in the HYPE? Devin Williams (Shift Team HQ) travels back to his hometown and revisits his basketball roots to find out.
    “Heart of the City” is a documentary web series that tells the story of 6 North American cities through the lens of basketball. Each episode focuses on a different city and throws the viewer into the middle of the hoops scene. Every journey needs a guide and ours is Devin Williams of Shift Team HQ. Devin is a trainer, a former player, and a student of the game.
    Throughout the series, Devin watches up-and-coming local players try to become the city’s best and spends time in the gym with top trainers and coaches.
    But that’s not it... We also dive deeper into the day-to-day lives of the characters who define the game in their city. We see what their lives look like. Where they come from. Where they’re going. What drives them. It’s a ground-level, slice of life approach that, at the end of an episode, is both a pulse-taking of each city’s basketball culture, but also a portrait of that city itself.

    Getting crossed up, it happens to everyone, if it doesnt happen to you, then you dont play against good enough players.

      No if you slide your feet and never put one foot in front of the other you won't really get crossed

      Austin FINAO Now having great defense helps but there will still be those moments.

    One day I'll be able to play like that, the only problem is that there are no indoor basketball gyms in Berlin, no where I can train. not going to get better if I don't have anywhere to play.
    But anyways, great video, keep up the good work.

    • @bbreezzy24
      @bbreezzy24 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Work on ur handles I learned hard way that excuses means nothing if u cant train in door dribble on streets work on having a tight handle there no excuse for that u can work on handles any where. Then run a lot work on stay in shape and conditioning ur body then go to park play a lot of pickup ball that how u do it. Don't look at it as u don't have a indoor hoop bec that excuse will take u nowhere.

    • @matthewfurminger5074
      @matthewfurminger5074 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I always dribble on the streets, I dribble around people, but if i want to work on my shot, well, then i need a basket, and i can never find a court near where I live.

    • @ryanlowe7315
      @ryanlowe7315 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't need to play inside to be good. Plenty of people get good from outside. And if you don't like shooting outside you can still work on your handle anytime

    • @matthewfurminger5074
      @matthewfurminger5074 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I know, but with outside shooting, you don't get the same feel for when you play inside. Or is that just me?

    • @bbreezzy24
      @bbreezzy24 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Matthew Furminger I get what u saying about shooting and u prob wanna get our shot better so idk how u can solve that but just make sure u perfect what u can like ur handles conditioning and watch a lot of basketball video learn a lot from pros on how they score like if u short like 5'10 watch a lot of point guards see how put there print on game like me I'm 6'6 so I watch tons of Kobe vids seeing how he score from post learning to develop my footwork also like to venture out and watch ppl like kyrie seeing how great his handles are motivate me everyday to work on my handles and now I'm good player getting better and better every day and I'm doing all this without indoor gym I walk every day early to park around 8:00 am to work on my game. BTW the park is 1hr away. So bro it up to u I heard a quote once that said if it was easy everybody wld do it
