1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Cup water
FOR MARINATION
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Raw Mustard Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Yellow Chilli Powder
1 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
1 tsp Coriander pOwder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Tbsp Maida
2 Tbsp Besan
2 Tbsp Curd
Some Water Drops
For Chutney
6 - 7 Green Chillies
8 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger
50 Gms Coriander (with Steam)
1 tsp Salt
