    1. 좌우 사이드 스텝
    - 잔발 치다가 다리 벌려 서고, 가고자 하는 방향 반대발부터 차서 나갈 것
    2. 전방 좌우 스텝
    - 하나 둘로 나가고 하나 둘로 돌아오는 박자 ㄴㄴ
    - 빠르게 잔발로 나가고 잔발로 나와서 바로 준비
    3. 전방 정방향으로 치고나가는 스텝
    - 앞뒤 발 바꾸면서 뒷발부터 차고 엇박으로 앞발 딛으면서 앞으로 나가기
    4. 백스텝
    - (오른손잡이 기준) 잔발 치다가 왼발이 앞으로 + 오른발이 뒤로 가도록 몸 돌리고 바로 왼발로 차서 원하는 뒷방향으로 간다. (이 때 왼발이 오른발을 차서 뒤로 밀어낸다는 느낌으로 스텝 밟으면 되는듯)

    I admire the effort put in the drill and in the video editing.
    Be cautious on the intensity.
    At 40s I tend to practice with a lot of moderation and would suggest to avoid doing the drill at max intensity in order to extend the length of the practice and integrate the movement.

    Aloha Dooricock, you are looking awesome. Those footwork drills are great. I can practice them alone and off court. thank you so much your videos are very helpful. Please excuse me for asking. How often do you train at Giheung Ipic Sports Center? I see your lessons are 3 hours. Are they group, individual, or with a partner? I have been following your videos and am impressed and inspired by you. I would like to learn more about training opportunities at Ipic. Your coaches so talented. Please share information if possible. I appreciate your hard work and dedication it is really paying off. Best wishes.

      Thank you for watching and comments. Our academy runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and sometimes Fridays. 10 lessons per month. ^^ One person receives one hour, but divided into three hours.

    오전 1시간씩 3타임이면.. 3시간을 하는게 아니고 1시간 레슨인거죠? 그리고 나서 같이 레슨 받는 분들이랑 연습게임할 수 있는 코트&시간은 있나요?

      네~1시간 레슨입니다. 코트가 3개라서 연습 &게임은 다음 타임에 사람이 일이 있어서 빠지는 경우가 있는데 그럴때는 가능 합니다.

      3일은 환자처럼 다녔죠 ㅋㅋ 혼자서 하면 그렇게 까지는 안힘들더라구요~
