OH MY GAWD this is an INCREDIBLE video ! I LOVE this. And I love your courage. I was charged by a cow moose this last fall, and it really put the fear of moose in me. This is just incredible. Incredible. You live in beautiful country, and really take good advantage for making lovely films.
Jules it is so nice to hear from you. i thought maybe you got lost in the mountains. thank you so much for watching and taking time to comment..take care..
Nice find and capture! Thanks for sharing! Just wish you wouldn't use 60 fps... my computer/browser doesn't handle it well and I end up with a very jerky viewing experience... unless I go down to 480p, in which case the video quality is degraded.
I don't have definite plans yet, but usually I leave for Wyoming the last week of July and return to Knoxville the first week of September. I'll let you know when my plans are finalize.
That was great Martin. I very rarely see moose in my travels, so it's always a real treat when I do. You got some very good video and still shots. How far away from you were they? Great picture at the end!! Btw... it played perfectly fine on my computer. Take care.
Thanks Nick. The moose were very close. they were bedded in the willows next to the trail. i was about 10yrds away when i spotted em. they just got up and started to feed on the willows. thanks for watching and i hope you have a great 2018. take care

Thanks Larry. always nice to hear from you. i'll see what i can do about the 69fps issue. take care.
Thanks! My video editing software gives me the opportunity to save at different frame rates. Somewhere around 30 typically works best.
Really cool Martin! In all my backpacking trips out west I've only seen one moose.
Thanks Bryan. The moose head down from the high country in the winter. this was a real treat. are you making plans for Wyoming next year?
