The 2ns point is very system specific so ask your coach what type of runs and buildup contribution for you.
You might be a tall strong target man which means this works, but if you're a packet boy or dribbley false nine, you need to drop back.
Do what your coach wants, enhance your basics and understanding of your role, and you'll be golden

Always make runs. Thats another one. And dont get caught ball watching when a midfielder takes a long range shot. Might come off the post and youll be there to just push it in
