Glad you liked the video. The sound of the Master Airscrew props seems quieter or at least has a lower pitch. I dont have a sound meter to measure it but to my ears it seems less noticeable.
Could you share the make and model of the screwdriver you used in the video to change the props as well as the size of the bit? I stripped the head of one of those little screw once and don't want to revisit that experience again. Thank you!
The screwdriver is called Pittsburg Pro 34 PC Precision Screwdriver but I doubt it is available anymore as I have had the kit probably 30 years! No idea of the bit size as I just picked one that seemed to fit the best. Any good precision screwdriver set will work fine and can be found at Home Depot, Harbor Freight or even Amazon
Thank you very much for that information. I found out that Harbor Freight carries the set, so I went and picked up one at $9.99, which is a real bargain. Again, thank you very much!
Looks for Japanese (JIS) screwdriver, they look like Phillips, but a lot of asian countries use JIS instead of Phillips. Using a Phillips screwdriver will strip JIS screws, but not the other way around.
Sadly, nowadays it's rare to find ANYTHING made in the USA. The fact is that most of the items we buy are made in China, and that includes drones, and cars, not just screwdrivers. Much as we regret to admit, the quality of some of the Chinese imports is better that what we can produce at a lower price. While we spend our time on social issues, China continues to take the lead on many fronts, including technology. The quality of the screwdriver set I bought is admittedly tops. Thanks!
Good afternoon. A rare non - advertising comparison .Tell me, please, what is there in terms of noise in comparison. I looked through the translation of voice artificial intelligence into Russian, but maybe I missed this comparison somewhere. Thanks. Have great flights!))
The MAS 3 blade props seem a bit quieter to me. The sound seems to be a lower pitch so it is not as annoying and probably not as noticeable at a distance. Still pretty loud though!
I always used Mastee Airscrew props on my RC planes. Always gave great performance!
Yep, they make good props. First time I have used them on drones and they work well at a good price
Great review, I think I will order a serif MS tops and give them a try. Looks like you flew in the La Quinta, Palm Springs area.
Yes, La Quinta is an awesome place to fly, especially the granite mountains to the south of the city
Great video... Could you make one by comparing the sounds? 😄

There is a video by another reviewer with side by side comparison...the three blades are much lower pitched and significantly less annoying.
thanks
Glad you liked it
Heard abot cracking of original props in mid air. So which one is more durable and trusty?
Master Airscrew looks more durable. That said I was using the original props for 170 flights with no issues so they are study as well

Why did you get low battery warning at 76% battery?
Yeah, it happens a lot, low battery warning well above 50%, typical for both the FPV drone and Avata. I just ignore it and go with the % battery
Which is better, 3 or 4 bladed propellers?
I prefer the 3 bladed props
Are they quieter?
Yes, not a lot but the sound is a lower pitch
